I was watching this show called Extra, which is a show that talks about celebrities and such. This old man and woman around the age of 30 years were comparing Eminem to the Beatles and Elvis. Eminem is nothing but a Shock artist, kids buy his albums cause he swears and they think that is cool.

lets be honest in 10 years time no one will give a fuck about Eminem.

Altho I tried telling this to my looser cousin who has Eminem Tatoo'ed on his arm (I shit U not) but he dont listen

no one can say eminem is a sell out just cause hes on MTV...cause Moby was there too - and he literally 'sold out' and got royalties for the entire album of Play 18000x over. i loved Moby at one point and some of his stuff still floats my boat in small doses. Play was a great album 2 years before it got sold out and overplayed. ...

it may not be called sell out, but getting dozens of videos played on MTV does mean your "Commercial", which even the most so-called commercial trance doesn't even come close to the commerciality of Eminem.
