without a doubt:
Romeo + Juliet (yes the new one)

it's my fav play, book, movie, story of all time. from the moment i first picked it up. and yes i read it before i saw the movie.

i will bite my thumb at them, which is a disgrace to them if they bare it.
do you bite your thumb at us?
i do bite my thumb sir.
do you bite your thumb at US sir?
is the law on our side if I say aye?
No.
i do not bite my thumb at you sir, but i do bite my thumb sir.
YOU LIE!
part fools for you know not what you do.
something or another about heartless hines, turn thee benvolio and look upon thy death.
i do but keep the peace, blah blah, manage to depart these men with me.
peace, i hate the word, as i hate hell and all montagues, and thee.
FIGHT!

sooooooooooooooooooo amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't know each line exact, but i know a lot of it.

i did actually watch part of the movie today. the party and balcony scenes. cuz i was thinking a lot about my own love.

Its not your average mobster-war flick, its so much more...a highly intelligent study of Michael Corleone and ultimately a huge drama about love, life, redemption and destiny.
On par with it: Cinema Paradiso. Yes I cried. Like a baby. And whoever wont cry at the end deserves the biggest slap in the universe!

as for the rest: 12 Monkeys, Forrest Gump, Shindler's List, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Casino, Goodfellas....Requiem for a Dream.

My favourite movie of all time - Shawshank Redemption. This movie is a masterpiece.

I also liked:

Requeim for a dream
Fight Club
Memento

and of course Dumb and Dumber and Austin Powers!!!! Yeah baby!!!

Yeah man, I can't believe it took so long for someone to make a movie like this. I don't care how stupid people think this movie is, it's brilliant.

But my favorite movie of all time has got to be Predator 2.

I finally got to see Scarface last month and was....hugely disappointed! This film had no class whatsoever No deeper meaning (like "friendship vs. greed" In Goodfellas and Casino) but solely a great Pacino performance with lots of innovative insults and funny dialoughes (your meesin with me? your messin with me? youre messin with the fucking best! Ill bury those fucking cocroaches!). Other than that just an action flick...and a pretty patheteic one even (the last scene is less realistic than any rambo action )

As for Cinema Paradiso: I cannot say it enuff times: Go watch it and have your life changed!
