2)always drink water
3)don't mix drugs
4)have a tripsitter
5)buy only from who you know - common line used by dealers
6)take multi-vitamins before you go out. - proper nutrition/ I hope people know this kind of thing for day to day living.
Alot of this stuff is common sense, if you don't have that don't even. You have no bussiness around that kind of stuff.

1) I'm more of an Eastenders fan that a Corrie fan to be honest, I find the acting and the story lines much more engrossing

Your "informed drug use" is very uninformed. How much/little water is it safe to drink? Don't mix drugs...what drugs? Some drugs reacte badly to each other, some lessen the effects of other drugs, learn!! Buying from who you know is common sense, it's never going to be 100% failsafe but I'd rather buy from somebody I've known for 5 years, who in turn buys from somebody he's known for 5 years, than from a bloke on a street corner. Multi-vitimins; I've never subscribed to that one myself but I do find a nice big glass of orange juice & a spliff on a Sunday helps take the edge off my comedown.

Educate yourself young man.

Everything is bad when you take too much... Even vitamins can be harmfull if taken in large quantities. People just should know their limits and do drugs according to their body's resistance. I think that if you know and respect your body and your limits, you can have a lot of fun getting high...

yeah I've heared that too much Vitamin-C can cause cancer
and weed is absoluetly harmless!have ya ever heared that somebody has died from smoking too much marijuana???

HEHEHE... I read once that it takes a huge qauntity of THC to give you an overdose... It was something like, 100 joints in a hour. (I can't remember the right numbers, but they were as absurd.)
