hmm... i'm really trying to like prog - there is so much potential for me loving it.. but right now, most of what i hear is somewhat boring, no offence. i'm sure there is a gem of a live set/cd lying around somewhere that will suit me.

lots of track suggestions here, i'll go check them out.

p.s. arrakis - aira force (lemon8 mix) is totally awesome, have it on vinyl and lovin' it

Trisco - Lean Of Hip
Great tune.. but it's still on white label and I can't find it on the net.
Seb Fontain played it in his e-mix with Sander Kleinenberg though. If you have the e-mix then it's the tune that starts on ca. 70:30 in the mix. It has a great melody which I find familiar but I'm not 100% sure on that.

Grayarea - One For The Road

Nice progressive trancer, seems to span genres.

I have his e-mix, and I like the dude alot, I in fact would have mentioned Infusion - Legacy (Junkie XL remix) if it wouldn't have been mentioned before (which he btw spins in his mix).

On the other hand I wouldn't consider this tune cheesy, maybe you've got some attitude against Seb Fontain and consider everything he spins cheese

BT - Shame (Way Out West Remix)

Definately a top class tune
Pretty much anything by James Holden seems to go down well also

I'm another one who's on the fence. I love Progressive and I love Trance.

Some tunes to help a 'trance only' fan like Progressive:

Chris Raven - I know you love me too (Van Bellen mix)
Blackwatch - Northsky
Max Graham - Falling Together
Leama - Melodica (Original melodic mix)
Tremor - Meia Lua (Steve Gibbs mix) or (Automated Diffusion mix)
Taylor - Xenophobe
Pollon - Lonely Planet
Breeder - Tyrantanic (Breeders Underexposed mix)

i used to hate prog cuz i didn't know what its about. but then i heard james holden - nothing and that turned my opinion upside down. However i still listen to trance because i don't know many prog tracks.
