I'll be at Surface this saturday with a few buddies. I went to head out to montreal but can't make it out there.

if it's as cold on saturday as it is tonight, I'm just gonna stay home and jack off.
I just got in from the outdoors and my nuts are shrivelled all the way up to my neck right now. Hopefully they'll thaw out by saturday.

disojoe: drinks are as expensive as anywhere else on saturday in the market.. cept liquor dome, but that's if you like 15year olds and hearing sandstorm 6times during the night..

yuk, i don't how cheap the drinks are no way you can have a good time in there. Music is just way to crapy, i rather spend more and be broke for a while then have to walk into a craphole like that. boooo the dome

I think a bunch of my friends and I are going to be going to MTL (the bar in Ottawa) before heading over to Surface if anyone is interested in that.

Roll call, for MTL! Who's coming and what time? I'll be wearing my Area 2 shirt of course if you're looking for me. How do you know what I look like Nrg2infinity? Anyways, I've never been to Surface so it should be fun.
I don't want to say any time specifically, just so I don't keep anyone waiting but I'll probably be there around 11:30 or so. I might stop at Surface before coming just so that I can get a ticket at the (before 12) price, and then go over to MTL until around 2-2:30. Alec, you should recognize me, I'll be with ACA2000, we were talking last time at Aria (Tiesto night). Anyways, I'll recognize you.
Good Idea for picking up the ticket ahead of time, that's what I'm gonna do. Here's a question :why go to MTL, there is a cover charge and the drinks will be just as expensive, why not go to, nickels or something? Any suggestions on why we should go to MTl rather than just get drinks at Surface, or should we go somewhere where there is no cover or just a restaurant type place, I'm not very good with the market, so you guys gotta help me on this one. I also want some carbs before we go.

"The Plan"
Plan 1) Meet at Nickels for food and drinks before going at 11:30 PM in the market. EAt, drink and be merry.
Problem with plan 1, no alcohol
Plan 2) just meet at Surface before 12 and drink there (might as well,beats paying cover charge somewhere else and then buying drinks that'll cost the same as in surface)
Vote now, by tomorrow morning we'll decide (or whenever I wake up)
Myself personally would like to do plan 1, cuz you can eat and then go and drink at surface, if that's your bag baby!
I'm gonna buy my ticket ahead of time, to beat the 20 charge. Everyone who like electronic music should come to this one as its so cheap for us Aria peeps!

IN early december, Nickels shut down for a 7 week renovation period..they said they would be opening up again late january
don't wanna alarm you, but someone should make sure that nickels is OPEN again in the market
I would do it myself, but the 5 minute walk would destroy me...so I will wait for someone else to do so
Nickels is still closed!
