As for Russian Trance, check out band called Arrival.
They are mostly house, but they have a few nice trance tunes as well.

More specifically check out Ivan Kupala-Kostroma(Arrival Mix) and DJ Fonar & Arrival-Posmotri na nebo.

They also have a few really great happy hardcore tracks.

only russian DJ i know is Kosmonova, and im not 100% he is from RUSSIA... on the question about russian dj's in english... just find a russian site... copy the URL... go to http://www.altavista.com and look for the "Translate" icon and then there should be an option, where you can type in the web address, and have it translated to and from like 10 different languages... but you ppl prob knew that
