Yeah it's official, I've creamed my pants ^^
I sure hope they can book him at the Commodore
Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitttttttttt!!!!!
I just creamed my ppants heavily !!!!!!

I hear that it is B&H and that it is at the Commodore. They could be wrong though.
What a great year so far Ferry, Armin, Sasha & Digweed and now PVD. All in the next 6 months. How sweet is that.
It would be silly to bring PvD and not have him play at the biggest night club in town. Im sure it will be at commadore.
Although seeing him at sonar would be pretty crazy.
ill be buying 20 tickets for this show. When tiesto was here i sold my ticket at the door for 70 buxs, i got it for 25. With Paul there it will be even nuttier
Wow, that's a good idea, lol.
Anyways, I'll be able to confirm whether or not it's B&H this week for you all.

we have Armin
then Paul right after and then
Ferry shortly after him too !
I cant believe that Vancouver which is quite dead
in terms of big names visiting,is suddenly being hit heavily like this !
whooooooo this is gonna be very nice begining of 2003
hopefuly the rest of the year will be as packed and full of happenings !

PvD is Goldclub, so I doubt tix will be more than $30
And if Armin's going to be at Twisted tix will be $45 and up i'd imagine. Is Ferry going to be spining at a rave as well?

okay, a quick question, everyone here seems to particularly want certain venues and not others - why's that? What's so espeically good / bad about them?
I've only been here 5 months and still haven't managed to get out to any of the clubs, so I'm completely lost in these conversations.
well, the commodore is the best venue in the city (untill the rage re-opens maybe?)......if you havent been, its huge, and has amazing sound...and it's pretty much just one massive room.....and accomidates wicked lighting etc...its about the size of the guvernment in T.O
no nightclub has the capacity to host any big events....sonar, which is one of the bigger clubs, only its 500 or so....
the plaza of nations, from what i've been told, has crazy sound restrictions.....so when people throw raves there, its a masisve beautifull space, but with no bar, and huge windows, and usually shitty sound.....i'll find out next saturday though : )
so there ya go.....musically the commodore it the bomb! however, it's mad expensive...i hear it cost $4,000 to rent it for a night....so that's why tix are usally so expensive there..

oh yaaa !
rage is the only other big place that I know of
that would be good for this kind of big event. (I mean club wise)
I havent been there for a while... when was it closed down ? why?
last time I went to see derrick carter there last year in spring or something like that...
Yeah I have been at commodore twice for tiesto

and I think the place is just absolutely made for big parties
I realy like the way its laid out and
sound and lights are unbelievable...
so I am realy looking forwrad to seeing PvD there !!!
If pVD doesnt come to seattle, then im definetly gonna drive up there! I hope I dont get lost up there though.....perhaps one of vancouver TAs could help me out with directions?
many thanks
Stevek
The plaza of nations has always had sound restrictions....the restrictions only play a small role in the shitty sound. Its called bad sound engineers.
If twisted brings down corsten im sure it will be at a rave.
