doesn't seem to be sunrise....although i'm still downloading all the mixes to make sure. We're on the right track though in terms of the feel of the track. However, they were vocals in the track I heard (possibly could have been some whispered words, but I don't think there were).

ratty - sunrise has vocals in it
in the breakdown

has some chick singing something about sailing to her and then 'here i am...here i am"

i have a sinking feeling this is the track...
there's a few remixes of it i believe but they all generally sound the same
