Don't worry, your team deserved this victory yesterday. I don't think that it will tarnish our friendship!

I hope that you'll win the final and I'm sure that our "costauds" will do their best to beat Spain...

By the way, there is only one sport fact (as for my personal knowledge) that France has never forgiven to Germany.
The semi-final of the World Cup 1982 (football). Do you remember?!

i was born in 1984 but i have seen this Match very often on Eurosport Classix. Don't worry about that...France has a great football team which really deserved the titles in 1998 and 2000.

Of course we do! You were leading 3:1 in overtime but lost the game after penalty kicks!

But loosing the game for the third place against Poland would annoy me more if I was you.

This day there was a big problem with the referee and your goalkeeper Schumacher (which agressed Battiston and broke him some teeths!!)...

We should have won the match and qualified for the final.

Sorry for the final against Croatia mates. Maybe next times!
We've had more chance and finally got the third place!

I'm still impressed by Croatia in regards of sport!

A so little country with only 4.4 millions inhabitants. They have top level competitors in all sport disciplines...

You're right, sorry!
In French luck = chance, that's the reason of my mistake.

I should have made an effort to post in german!
