That's weird seeing as they are purely an online store Jon. I guess they might have to play one copy of each release once or twice to get an MP3 sample on the website, how worn out was it? The only thing that I've had happen to me, of that nature, was a couple of vinyls that had marks on them (from the outer edge straight inward); looked like they were from careless handling in packing or shipping.... grr!

you should just call them or email them they will normaly send you a new copy and you keep the faulty one.. i had it happen once.
