I think u see less Hooligans on soccer games, cause alot of teams have spent tones of money on security systems and camreas to catch the bad guys, this stuff wasn`t available like few years ago and the laws were less strict then they are now, tho there are riots u here about from time to time, tho the World Cup in 2006, in Germany, will be sweet hope that Poland makes it to it, and Canada well they su*k....and i would like to see them quilfy for it, tho they have to win against Trinidad and Tobago so yeah it will be a while still until they quilfy, to the World Cup.
Tomasz Radzinski is not Canadian, so what he has a Canadian passport and stuff, i still see him as a polish player, to bad his is playin for Canada and not Poland, he could easily quilfy probably for Poland`s National Team

And where is the fighting in soccer? I see daily hockey fights with broken noses and broken wrists in Hockey. Why just yesterday some one broke his EYE in a fist fight. Chris Neil of the Senators recently found out he had been playing for TWO MONTHS with a broken face. Ya a broken face! thats right he went to the dentist thinking he had a sore tooth. After taking X rays the doctor find a split in his skull from his nose to his jaw bone. Another example is Bobby Baun who played in the stanly cup finals with a BROKEN LEG. He even ended up scoring the winning goals. Once again soccer fan dont forget hockey is a contact sport too!

And what about the biggest disgrace in sports.. cheating in Soccer. Oh you thought i wouldnt bring that up? Sure it happens in every sport, even in hockey. Get slashed in the face with a hockey stick, embellish it a little.. we've all seen it. But in no other sport but SOCCER is cheating encouraged and even revered! Yes I remember what has happened in that game, they were showin hightlites of that game the next day for whole day and talkin about what has happened in that penalty box. What about the Owen H. can`t spell his last name to well, why did he picked England as his home nation, tho as I recall he was born, in Canada, cause most players see its easier to get into the big thing as is World Cup thru better countires, and cause Radzinski played for Canada`s Under-21 team or somethin like that he decided as well he can play here then anywhere else that is for Canada, and I`m not blaming him, who knows how he would turned once he stayed in Poland. We have/had like second best team or was second best under-19 team in Europe in 2000, as I`m not mistaken, cause we have placed second in U-19 tournament, and many of these players that played in that finals now just sit and not play in their clubs, tho there are some exceptions.
Well you asked me about players like Julian de Guzman - Hannover 96 (Bundesliga), he is only 22 so yeah, there might be a big future for him. Nsaliwa as I recall last time played in some second bundesliga team. Hume second division in England. But I would say there are better players then the four u named if everythin will go well. Maycoll Canizalez - Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) or Richard Hastings Graz AK (Austrian First Division).

Does anyone think this is a valid comparison? First of all, hockey players SKATE. If soccer players had to SKATE, they'd be in a bloody crippled heap on the ground, that is if they managed to stop shivering from the cold. Putting all of that aside, hockey is supposed to be a fast-paced game - Soccer players have endurance on the field but that really has very little to do with this whole discussion.

I'll admit, rugby is a pretty tough sport but there's a few reasons hockey players wear equipment you're overlooking. Sure it gets pretty rough in a rugby scrum with bodies flying at each other but do they have solid frozen disks flying at them at insane speeds? Do they have rogue sticks or razer sharp skates flying their way. Its one thing to be tough.. its another thing to be stupid and blatently risk your life. But again i dont know why im even argueing this. The arguement was about HOCKEY and about SOCCER.
So i guess you agree with me.. soccer is a pussy sport.

If you ever played a game of hockey you'd understand the stupidity of that comment. Hockey is a physical game, every shift there are physical battles that are exhausting for even the most fit people in the game. Go put on a pair of skates in a real game and see if you can take a shift of more than 2 minutes. Unless you're a kenyan marathon sprinted id bet money you couldnt.

well first off it was a joke or j/k, a.k.a. something not to be taken seriously, but I'll tell you what I think, since you decided to comment.

Most hated. Hmm, could it be because we have the most amout of fans around the world and the most amount of money (which I will agree some of the leafs managment does not know how to spend rightly). Who wines? Corson? Tucker? Pat? They do and I agree, Tucker is a moron, and for the most part, most hockey professional hockey players are, no offence to anyone. Who gives a shit about their opinions in the first place? They are there to play and not to be listened to, who gives a shit what they have to say? I don't. Corson just is not as bad as his brother in law, but he yaps a bit too much at times too. But look at Boston, that's what every single player is doing on their team now. They are in the exact same situation that the leafs were in the begining of this year. But anyone gives a shit? No, cause they are not based in Canada where hockey is considered to be a national sport. They are based out of the states where hockey is in like 20th place amogst popular sports. Even women's soccer is more popular in US than hockey. So gimme a break. Toronto is one of the biggest cities in Canada thus lots of media coverage as hockey is #1 in Canada period (popularity wise).

And about whining tell me about when every single senator fan was fucking whinin when you lost both times to the leafs in the play offs? In regards to whining in Toronto it may seam that way because there is a lot more media coverage, thus a lot more opinions are presented to the public across Canada. I will admit I don't think the leafs are the best at all they have sucked in the last two years big time, but I still cheer for them, cause I stick for my team.

We don't know how to win? I will admit that Senators can win in the regular season, but have they gone far at all in the playoffs? Eh? Cause that's what really counts last I checked? Sure u still have to make it to the top 8 of the conference, but it does not fucking matter what or who u play cause anything can happen. But than again Senators have greatly improved their team, but than again just like I said I think not a single player on Sens has any class. And about whining, Jacque Martin (not sure of proper spelling, sorry ) whine the most I ever saw a coach whine in the last years playoffs. So please, u guys are not better in that department. And Alfredson same fucking story, but wait there is more about yours Sens later.

Fine I agree the some of the fans might not be as bright. That does not mean everyone was booing him, me being one of those people. Hmm, well if Belfour was the only thing contributing on the offence that would be the only reason we are contenders for the playoffs so far. And the only reason no-one is booing the Sens players is cause your fucking team is ass broke. Tell me about your fans, I thought they had problems suporting the team cause not enough of you came out to pay for the costs that the team had, i.e. purchasing the tickets, no you are all jumping on the bandwagon cause u realized how easy it is to loose your team.

Yeah I did actually more than a few times during the regular season. There isn't one decent ref in this leage that's why u see people like Vancover's coach bitch at them at what does he get? A fine. Yes injuries. Hmm how many of Ottawa's teams players wear visors? Hmm, nearly all of them. Hmmmm, how many of them think they are tough guys and can go swining around with their sticks "irresposibly", nearly all of them. How often does Jacque Martin but out goons on the ice to start fights, cause Sens are loosing, hmm ... everytime.

hmm, how many players did Toronto loose last year playing against Ottawa i can't even keep count. why cause everysingle time the leafs were on the ice Martin sent someone out to injure the better players on the leafs team. Roberts? Antropov? I can't even recall all the names there were so many of the hurt in those playoffs.

Lalime= don't even get me started on him, he has nothing he is just one lucky mofo, he is not even that good of a goalie. I am telling you he is just on the hot streak now, just like how Trevor kid was a couple years back. But don't worry he will cool down so fast, you wan't know what happened to him. He is a terrible goalie, and he sucks big time.

Now I could go on and tell you how much I hate some of the players on the Leafs team as well, but I have no team for that as I am about to watch a game.


Good luck I am sure your Sens will make it to the playoffs, but can they produce? Why cause not one single player has what it takes to make it in the playoffs. In addition your fans don't support the team and you will see in the next 10 years the Sens will be gone.

Regardless on what your comments maybe be in your reply I just stated my opinion and you are not likely at all to change it. So why argue. I made a joke about the whole thing in the first place.
