just like someone said,
exercise. make your body tired so it will need the rest. another thing is, try going for about 5 days straight with very little sleep, then go sleep at 11 pm. then wake up at like 7 am. try that you will sleep like a baby, get enough rest but not enough to completely rest. so the next night, chances are if you go sleep @ 11 you'll fall asleep easier.
just dont sleep in. that fucks up the whole sleep schedule. i've had a fucked up sleep schedule since the beginning of the year and still sucks. sometimes i cant sleep and toss and turn till 5. so i did what i typed above and it worked...so it seems. well its 3 am and i'm typing but i'm tired as hell...anyways....goodluck insomnia sucks i know

I already smoke way tooooo much. It doesn't help me sleep all that much. I would have to take like an eigth to the dome in order to get the sleep I need. I can't support that daily habit. 
I got isomnia pretty bad....no matter what i do i cant sleep at night max i sleep is 3-4hrs......it sucks realy bad.....doctore thinks it may be a Insecurity issue of some nature or stress on a subconscious level....i go to bed at 5-6am everyday wake up at 8am every day cept weekends and either go to school or the gym then go to work....and im tired but cant sleep.
That's pretty much me every night. I was happy with myself last night because I went to bed at like 330, which is good considering I'm usually going to bed at like 530. I guess I'll just have to become an alcoholic because that seems to be the only thing that REALLY works....
