Yup, but if you ever have the chance to taste the "habanero" pepper or the "chile de arbol" man those peppers are so damn spicy..but awesome on a Taco or a Burrito (Home made)it's just too cool

3 years ago i had this tiny little indonesian pepper my friend challenged me to eat. so i did....2 minutes later...i couldn't feel half my face......to top it off, my friend offered me KOLDT mints...like the REALLY strong peppermints. so i took 3....OMG...my face was on fire....you don't understannnd...omgggg...

yes, it does work. but not for the REALLY hot shit. doesn't make a difference unless you drink TONS at once. which you mouth can't really fit...lol. it's suppose to neutralize the acid with the base in the milk. but milk is really low in base, not as much as ppl think.

anyway, yeah so use the boiling water technique. it works. tried, tested and true.

Better eat bread or a plain tortilla, the bread takes the oil off, warranteed it works wonders

yes that makes sense. stupid oils....it's burrrrns! i'll have to remember that sometime...hopefully i'll have a piece of pita bread around when i need it....eheh.

absolutely! You can't live in this area and not like mexican food. Though I must admit, I am not a big fan of cilantro or onion...makes my breath stinky stinky .
