Anyway, I've got an Sony Active Black Panel MDX-M690 Minidisc player, linked up to a an all Sony Xplod system. Pics come soon when my install is complete!

At a store called Best Buy. It was the last one they had that they used as the display. I don't know why the hell they priced it at $359. It was missing the remote. Still, I got a remote from a friend who works at another store like Best Buy. I got it for about $200 below what the store actually pays for it. What a steal!

Hmm well the Renault Laguna II has a standard radio which can't be removed. Only can be upgraded. It is a Cabasse Radio / Cd-player with an output of 4 x 50 Watt. There is a kenwood amplifier attached on.

And as part of the speakers its a 6 way speaker set, including an magnat subwoofer.

if only I had the money.. I could just make a killer system. 10" kicker solo barracs with at least 500 W per, 2-4 of them depending on the size of my car. God I love the solo barrac sound.. hits so hard, and it's so snappy... it never booms excessively so tight. Great for trance music

phoenix amps = *drool*

probably bostons or inifinitys for mains

my deck though.. I'd probably go for sony ES, if there are any with mp3 playing capabilities. I had one once a ways back, and loved it. (Not to mention my cd player in my home system is sony ES.) You do have to realize why I'm picky about what I'd have.. one of my best friends back in my college days was a huge car stereo buff and in fact was coming in runner up position at IASCA events. Who was he missing out on the grand prize due to? The younger brother of the guy who owned the shop where he bought the majority of his setup.
figures, huh?

Right now I'm in the process of attempting to obtain Sony Sponsorship! If that happens, I'll have an even better install than now!

Right now, I'm in the process of building a Sony Xplod install. One 12" and two 10" subs, powered by 2 Sony XM1502SX amps, with 4 Xplod 6x9's (two in the back shelf and two as part of my boot install), one set of top end Xplod components, both of which are powered by 2x Xplod Xm444 amps. Also have two Custom fit Xplod front speakers running off Head unit power.

In the US I don't think you don't have Active Black Panel head units?
