I agree when you say that the US is a much better country to live in than Syria. Infact, it is one of the best. But that doesn't mean that it is perfect, and even the best countries are often unfair and make errors. I wouldn't call it the most objective one in the world, though.

Terrorism should be dealt with, but not by attacking countries which have nothing to do with it.

I was born and raised in Toronto Canada. I find it ironic that in Canada, people from whatever country will eventually stop being so proud of where they are from, and assimilate into canada... I think America does play an important role (you got the spelling wrong man ) in ridding the world of the evil that currently plagues us in the Western World which is islamist extremists. As the worlds superpower, they take this job seriously, and rightfully so. The rest of us in Canada (I am from Canada too) are often very smug in our self-proclaimed moral superiority to America and AMericans...which is all bullshit. The Eurosnots, especially in France and Germany who are still feeling guilty from their failings during World War also spend a lot of time and energy trying to undermine America.

Morale is relative. Some things and actions accepted in one culture are considered inappropriate in another one. Just look at Mayas and Aztecs who considered ritual sacrificing as a normal thing. In ancient Greece, Rome, etc, was normal to have slaves, and nobody thought a person who had slaves was an immoral one unless that person abused them. It was considered normal for women not to have any rights until last century. Morale is dependent on the society. The society dictates what is right or wrong. Besides, morale is different from person to person. What you consider to be moral, I may not. And who's to say which one of us is right? The answer is nobody. The best thing we can do is to try to find issues on which we all agree and live by them. Although even then we may be wrong as well.

the whole fact that you disagree with me shows that morality is relative. You say its a universal code? When was this universal code established and what established it?
God you may say? You may argue that we recieved this code in the ten commandments, or in other parts of the Torah (or bible).
Well what proves that these set of rules are correct and that the rules derived in other cultures such as hinduism or taoism or zoarstrianism or whatever are wrong?
You believe that those are the right truths because thats what your religion dictates. So to you personally (and to the rest of your society) the moral code established may be universal, but in other cultures and religions the "universal moral code" which differs from yours is held true to them personally and their society.
Thus morality is relative.
Now let me elaborate on your examples.

You say prostitution is 100% wrong. You view it as a man "buying a women and using her as a piece of meat." You call this "outragously disgusting."
Well first of all something that digusts one person is not necesarily disgusting to another, thus your view of prostitution as disgusting is relative again.
Many people claim that prostitution is degrading to women, but when viewed under a different light prostitution in many cases is more degrading of men.
In almost all societies (and among animals) males became the dominant sex. Mainly due to such reasons as they are naturally stronger and don't have to deal with the role of childbearing.
Now skipping alot of important info on how societies and the views of sex in them developed, it became viewed that males who had sex alot were considered highly or in highschool as "studs," and women who had sex with alot of men were considered "sluts." Thus it was ok (or overlooked) for men to have powerful sex drives and to express them, but women were taught to suppress them. Which if you look at this doesnt really make alot of sense. In actuality women derive more physical pleasure from sex than men do (as is most fair, since they have to go thru the responsibility of shiting out a child). Women have more erogenous zones and are capable of multiple orgasms.
Now moving back onto prostitution, in the situation where you have a well maintained "whorehouse" where of course all safty measures are taken, and women are paid fair amounts for their "work", men who are sexually frustrated come in to have their needs met. Women then are able to use their sexuality to recieve large sums of money from them, for an act that they are able to recieve for free if they were able to socialize well with women or hold a steady relationship.
Thus because of their lack in ability of these things (among others) they have to pay large amounts of money to recieve sexual gratification.
People coming from an economic perspective may claim that no one is being degraded in such a situation because everyone is getting their needs met and are better off in the end.
Thus here are many views which have just as much if not more factual proof that prostitution is moral or not "outrageously disgusting"
I could go on to give you more examples.
You say murder is universaly accepted as wrong.
The death penalty is legal in america. It is murder. You may say it is justified because the person being executed commited a horrendous crime (infact the bible says "eye for an eye"). Well according to Catholics (like myself) and christians, in the bible jesus teaches that you should forgive those who commit wrongs. Now how is killing them forgiving them. Putting a man in an electric chair and frying him to death is still murder.
Or whatabout all the muslim civilians killed by isreal or america in attacks against terrorists and iraq. thats still murder.

Now this post is getting long enough.
Now more likely than not, your not going to believe in a word i say, which goes to show even more that morality is relative.
