Thought that this was an interesting video:

the peace protests

You can take from that what you want. The appeasement movement has no solution on how to get rid of this dictator.

2. Tatu have nice tatas. Their t-shirst should say XY HAM B POT

3. Europe does not support war in Iraq because Iraq is one of main suppliers of oil to europe. If US controls Iraq, US controls Europe. So it is not about europeans liking Iraq or Saddam or being peace-loving creatures. They could give two shits about them. You think France or Germany gives a fuck about Saddam or Iraqi people? Hell no. But, what they know is that because of sanctions, Iraq has bunch of embargo against them which puts Iraq in a tough bargaining position. So, oil could be bought cheaper. With US "invading" Iraq, it would not only lift embargo and create a higher competitive field but also would cut into Oil company's profits.

4. Neither Russia, Germany, or France are Jewish-friendly countries. They could care even less about the fact that Iraq wants to destroy Israel. As a matter of fact, these very countries are supplying Iraq with weapons, which then channel down to Palestinian terrorists, Hamas, Al queda and others - so Iraq is one of major sponsors of terror in the Middle east. So, from those countrie's perspective - they kill two birds with one stone 1)Great market for supermarked up weapons 2)Weapons that will be used to wipe out Jews.

Speaking of standing up, America is one of few countries that has the balls to stand up for Israel. If it was not for American support, Europe or even Eurasia would now be speaking German and Middle East would be all Arabic.

So, I am taking a stand: Fuck all of you who think that war is about Bush or Oil. It is about saving American and Israeli lives, it is about killing rabbid-dog Saddam husein and putting an end to Middle east violence. See what happens when Iraq falls and becomes a democratic country (of course, it's a pipe dream) but none theless, with America located within striking distance of Syria, Iran, Lebanon, Egypt, and Sudan - let's see how long the terrorism in Middle east will continue.

I think this war is the greatest thing this country could do for the rest of the planet, and the rest of smelly, hairy, debile hippy drones who think that WAR IS BAAAAAD should all go to Iraq and show some balls - stand up for what you believe in, become the HUMAN SHIELD! be sure to wear a T-shirt with Bullseye on it, it would be a great service for our military - makes targets easier to hit. Besides, that's how America will know where the enemy is, since Saddam is notorious for placing his army in populated area. Fucking coward. Anyway, if you don't like what I said, read some info here

Flame on!

You put into words which I could not. well done

Posted by Orbax on Feb-28-2003 22:40:

the statement "fuck war" is a bullshit blanket statement. War is neccessary some times. Just as violence, peace, and intervention are also required some times. It would sound much less ignorant for a fuck iraq war or something because those little russian bitches would be saying achthung and sticking their arms out straight in from of them if it werent for war. plus, this isnt advertising, seeing little catchy phrases doesnt stick in someones mind (especially wearing russian shirts in america...?) so i dont quite udnerstand what they were trying to accomplish other than to piss people off, which makes more violence...they added their little bit of fuel to the fire with that statement i believe. Now i want the war even more just to rub it in their faces

As resident pacifist, i feel i need to speak up. I agree that Saddamn Hussein is a tyrant. I agree that America has done many good things for the world. I also agree that france, germany and russia are not showing opposition simply out of altruism, but rather because they stand to gain.

I disagree that the US should attack iraq unilaterally. The people of Iraq have suffered enough, an attack would be a humanitarian disaster as well as undermine the UN. If the UN passes another resolution specifically authorizing war, then an attack would be warranted.

but for now, saddamn hussein is contained and that has not happened. he is even destroying over 100 short range missiles this weekend. I see no reason why it should happen.

as for a solution to the problem, i believe that continued monitoring, disarmament and sanctions keep saddamn contained. i ask this, has he done anything so far? what makes america think he will now? I belive the sanctions should even be lifted, over half a million iraqi children have died in the last 10 years under those sanctions. to put it in perspective that's over 166 september 11ths, virtually ALL innocent children who had no say in the way saddamn runs his country, or sanctions get imposed.

if you want to know more about why i don't support this war, then visit my website: http://www27.brinkster.com/antiwar/

GO TATU!

Do you remember Rwanda by any chance? fuck the UN, its a smoke screen for western society to gain and they dont give a shit about anyone or anything that doesnt benefit them.

destroying 100 missiles is the same as taking 1 bullet out of the chamber.

hitler didnt do anything either...until he started gassing the shit out of jews and burning them

and what hes gonna do when he does something is some fucked up chemical attack go read up on what botulin and VX gas do...

hmm.. last time i checked the UN was comprised of countries all over the world, not just the western hemisphere. and out of the 5 veto wielding countries (France, China, Russia, Germany, USA), only the US is in the western hemisphere.

in fact, the only thing KEEPING the us from it's empirical goals is the UN right now.

maybe for the US, the worlds largest holder of arms. but for iraq, this is a sizable chunk of their artillery. It's a very significant move on the iraqis part

i know what they do. the US has them as well. So do the russians, what do you think they used in that theatre, tear gas?

Posted by Orbax on Mar-01-2003 00:30:

i didnt say western hemisphere. the division of the west from the east is philosophy. Western culture is pretty much all that sprang from greco roman thought thus all of europe and US. read more carefully

-The US is an empire, there isnt much debate on that.

-100 missiles is not substantial. and there are many ways to deliver chemicals.

-Who is more likely to randomly start creating human rights issues with their weapons? Sadam already did with the Kurds and his own people. and russia got a lot of shit for using that stuff.

cheers

Posted by JohnSmith on Mar-01-2003 01:40:

ah, i see the distinction between society and hemisphere sorry.

the US is an empire, and the UN is precisely the mechanism we need to keep it from abusing it's power.

saddamns destruction of his al-samoud2 missiles IS substantial. When you consider that all that has been found in the way of evidence of iraqs WMD is 16 empty warheads, and these hundred or so conventional missiles, this is definitely significant. I would not be surprised if they have more than they lead on to, but, the missiles don't even fly 100 miles and are certainly not accurate.

the rest of the "evidence" is hearsay, missing documents, accusations etc. it would never hold up in a court of law, but it seems to trick some people like yourself into beliveing it's justifiable grounds for invading a country and bombing civillians from the air who have done nothing wrong.

and yes there are other ways of delivering chemicals. I could hop in my car right now and drive over to the states with a hidden supply of anthrax inside my gas tank. Does this mean i am a threat? only if it's likely that i would do such a thing and get away with it. which neither is true, in my case, or in saddamns.

I ask you, what does he have to gain, by attacking the US? And, what has changed since 1992? the answer is nothing.

ROTFLMFAO!!! i'd say bush wasn't trying to decode what was written on their t-shirts, i'd suppose he was wanking off cuz he's such a wanker IMO

Posted by Orbax on Mar-01-2003 02:31:

here is the way i look at it. hes fucked up so is his regime. he should have been taken out long ago by a coalition or something. US has nothing to fear from 100 mile missiles. I think this is a grand opportunity to do a great thing. go in, set up a democracy, and then we can leave. We can get rid of our bases in saudi arabia, pakistan, and iran, because the iraq threat will be gone and then the middle east can be well rid of us. Bush probably isnt doing it because hes a sweetheart, but does that mean it shouldnt be done? Its very clear what we are going to do with our bombing strategy, and the civilians know it. Its their fucking choice to be his shields if thats what they want to do. People should evacuate and get the hell out of there and leave Saddam to his fate. Bush isnt going to be the one in Iraq, the regular American troopers are and THEY are going to be the ones implementing the day to day treatment of the people. Americans, believe it or not, feel fuckin sorry for those people. I think regardless of what Bush says, the troops are going to go in there and do their best to help the people. Hopefully after this is done, UN will realize whats up and help get a solution for pakistand/Israel while were over there. God, itd be so nice to never haave to think about the middle east again.

The funny thing was that mid-song the girls started making out (that would have given the message a whole lot more attention), but the cameras wandered off and ignored it (don't know why.. it's late night tv anyways)

They did that on purpose. Howard Stern brought on two chicks making out, and they were censored as well.

on the serious topic of war. don't want to go to debates forum, as it will be pointless to argue with so many people involved.

so here's my two cents:

i am against this war because it's not about demoting the regime and overthrowing the dictator. it's not about fighting terrorism either. it's a war to control oil. and us military are using terrorism as a nice target, but it's just a distract.

and with this war, it will bring the new era in human civilization. the era of returning back in medieval, when wars were fought based solely on economic interests.

and what's up with that bullshit about russia being one of the countries that discriminate jews? half of our politics are jews, 5 out of 10 richest russian people are jews... i have a lot of friends that are jews, and i have many friends that left to izrael after ussr breakup. and nobody discriminates them in any way. yes there are headfucked nazis, just like in every other country, but that can't oppose the majority of people.

Posted by DJ TranceFormer on Mar-08-2003 03:57:

Actually we get only about 5% of our oil from the middle east, most of it comes from Russia and South America. I didn't see anybody say anything about russians discriminating Jews and i'm too lazy to read the whole thread, but it used to be like that back in the day; however right now it's all good. This reminds me of how everybody in US thinkinks that Russia is still a communist country; so many people are uneducated, but you can't blame them for that, it's the school system... mofo's teach that in Gov't class

you are wrong why brunei's sultan would be the richest man some years not so long ago, with $35 billion in assets?

and iraq has A LOT of oil... if you can read russian, read this article: http://irak.ru/news/analitika/2003/3/6/383.html

the only reason why the oil prices are so high now (and by "now" i mean the last 20 years) is because of the economic speculation by OPEC organization. the normal price, if dictated by economic laws of pure market participation, would be only 50% of what it is now. the rest is just the money that by monopolizing resources gets into the pockets of those oil-rich countries (including russia). if at least one country is going to set the prices at their "nominal" level, that means that the economy of many countried is going to collapse. it would be too lengthy to explain why would everything collapse, but you can surely find analyzing articles on the net.

Posted by trintiy on Mar-08-2003 09:30:

You know I really wish people would do their research before bashing my country or not supporting this war because it's about OIL its not about the FUCKING OIL!!!!!!

Where Does Our Imported Oil Come From?

The U.S. imported 54 percent of its petroleum supply in 2001. Petroleum imports averaged 10.6 million barrels per day (b/d) in 2001 to meet a total U.S. demand of 19.6 million b/d. The balance of supply was from domestic oil production, ss can be seen in the following table. Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela are the top three sources of oil imports. The average Refiner Acquisition Cost (RAC) of imported crude oil was $22.01. Based on imports of 10.6 million b/d, the total cost of oil imports to the U.S. averaged $233 million per day. Total world crude oil production averaged an estimated 76.8 million b/d in 2001.

During 2001, about 48 percent of U.S. crude oil imports came from the Western Hemisphere (19 percent from South America, 15 percent from Mexico, and 14 percent from Canada), while 30 percent came from the Persian Gulf region (18 percent from Saudi Arabia, 9 percent from Iraq, and 3 percent from Kuwait).

In general, OECD Europe depends far more heavily on the Persian Gulf and North Africa for oil imports than does the U.S. During 2001, about 35 percent of OECD Europe's net oil imports came from the Persian Gulf (mainly Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, and Kuwait), around one-third from Africa (mainly Libya, Algeria, and Nigeria), and much of the remainder from Russia. Japan receives over three-quarters of its oil supplies from the Persian Gulf (mainly the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iran, and Qatar), with the remainder coming from Indonesia, China, and other sources.

Major Sources of U.S. Petroleum Imports, 2001*
(all volumes in million barrels per day)

____________Total Oil__Crude Oil Imports___Petroleum Product Imports
Canada_________1.79_______1.32________________________0.47
Saudi Arabia___1.66_______1.61________________________0.05
Venezuela______1.54_______1.28________________________0.26
Mexico_________1.42_______1.38________________________0.04
Nigeria________0.86_______0.81________________________0.04
Iraq___________0.78_______0.78________________________0.00
Norway_________0.33_______0.27________________________0.06
Angola_________0.32_______0.31________________________0.07
United Kingdom_0.31_______0.23________________________0.08
Total Imports__11.62______9.15________________________2.47

* Table includes all countries from which the U.S. imported more than 300,000 barrels per day in 2001

Predicting what would happen to oil prices should the U.S. and its allies attack Iraq is not an exact science, but the Persian Gulf War provides valuable evidence. Prices more than doubled after Iraq invaded Kuwait in August, 1990. Then they fell sharply from more than $30 a barrel to about $20 shortly after Desert Storm began in January, 1991, when it became clear that America's aerial bombardment would quickly defeat Iraq. Oil prices remained at that level for months following the initial attacks despite significant shortfalls in production from Iraq and Kuwait because Saudi Arabia and non-OPEC nations made up the deficit.

Something similar will happen this time. World oil prices probably will rise further as war with Iraq appears to be more certain. However, if the first few days indicate that Saddam will be decisively and quickly defeated, as is highly probable, then oil prices will fall sharply as the "war premium" disappears and uncertainty about world oil production diminishes. Cutbacks in Middle East output would be much smaller than during the Persian Gulf War since Kuwait's facilities would not be destroyed, and Saddam has much less power to damage other facilities than a decade ago. Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups might try to destroy some pipelines and oil-production centers, but they will not do a lot of damage, partly because these facilities will be guarded closely during and immediately after any war.

Saddam Hussein is a cruel dictator, and I believe he would be extremely dangerous to the world if left unchecked. Other issues are also relevant in determining whether to go to war against his reign. But fear of a sharp and prolonged rise in oil prices should not be one of them, for the most likely scenario is that oil prices will fall significantly and remain low after his regime is toppled.

Let me tear your opinion apart, one by one:

1. IT IS ABOUT OIL - but it is a bonus. Saddam must go, everyone knows it and it would be better for everyone, even Iraqi people. They cannot revolt themselves, US is doing it for them. Revolutions take lives. This is a war not only about oil but about getting Middle east stabilized. Russia does not want war for several reasons, one of those being loosing control. Duma is sponsored by the likes of Lukoil and others - oil companies control russian parliament. End of story. Europe is opposed to war because of fear of a)loosing control of oil b)falling euro c)Ameriphobia

2. IT IS ABOUT FIGHTING TERRORISM - if it ain't so, then perhaps you can enlighten me why Russia is sending thousands of its troops to die in Chechnya? Iraq sponsors and harbors terrorists - the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Saddam Hussein pays families of suicide bombers $25,000 each. $25,000 in Middle east buys a lot. Saddam Hussein supplies terrorists with weapons. Palestinians/Hammas and others are sponsored by Saddam. Al Samoud missle has a range of over 150KM, enough distance to reach Israel. Do you think Saddam is planning to bomb Jordan or Iran???? Wake up!

3. GET A CLUE - every war is fought because of economic interests. It's not about pussy or about better real estate values. IT IS ABOUT MONEY. Are we clear? so, in esssence the war has not changed its nature in the last 6000 years or so... Although back then, it was probably about better pussy and real estate values

4. The last but not the least - RUSSIANS ARE THE BIGGEST RACISTS, ANTISEMITISTS, BIGGOTS IN THE WHOLE DAMN WORLD. THERE IS NO ONE IN THE SECOND OR THIRD PLACE. Here's why:

a)There's no equivalent in English for word "Pogrom", short of "Hollocaust"

b)russians have killed more jews over the years then Adolf Hitler, KKK, Romans, Egyptians, Palestinians, and Arabs COMBINED! Check your facts...

c)Wonder where the prase "Bei zhidov, spasai Rossiju!" ("Kill the jews, save Russia") was coined???

d)Jews are fleeing russia not because of heart-warmed welcome Russia has extended to its jewish population. Ever heard of Evreyskaya Avtonomia??? A little peice of land in the middle of nowhere that was allocated for Jews, to keep them away from the rest of Russian population?

e)Ever had your great-grandparents sent to Russian concentration camp for petitioning to save sinagogue??? I did... My great grandparents were sent and never returned from Russian deathcamp, guarded BY RUSSIAN SOLDIERS, ON RUSSIAN SOIL!

f)Please, explain to me the political moto of group "Pamyat" or russian skinheads, who desecrate jewish cemetaries, burn homes, kill jews, and go unpunished?

g)Were you ever called "Zhidovskaya morda" (Kike) and beaten daily because you are a jew??? I was - for almost 7 years. So, forgive me if I am not polliticaly correct.

People would rather live in Israel, with terrorism then live in Russia - what does it tell you?

h) who is blamed for every problem in russia - Jews! The fact that there are several jews politicians doesn't mean shit. They are probably going to become scapegoats at one point or another. Just look at Boris Abramovich....

i) From mid 60's through late 90's, America was accepting Jews as Refugees - why do you think it was so??? Because Russia was a humanitarian shelter for Jews???? CHECK YOUR FACTS, NIMROD - You DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT ANTISEMITISM, I HATE YOUR FUCKING COUNTRY AND I AM GLAD I DON'T LIVE THERE ANYMORE.

And whatever little respect I had for Tatu was completely obliterated by their fucking act of stupidity. Nothing but two dumb whores who pretend they are lesbos to get publicity. They are not dykes, they are an ACT, created by AMERICAN PRODUCER. Check your facts, again...

Take your two cents and shove them far up your....
