back to the DJs droppin..that was a topic back when I joined..the forum(if I remember right) said that E was bad, cuz you can have bad trip, or really good trip, and this can distract you from your mixes, alcohol, in small amounts, can help take the edge off, as can weed. but weed could mellow you out too much...so the final answer. Caffeine pills and a little alcohol b4 hand..get started, feel out the crowd, then pop a few, and you are set. =)

i dropped two b4 i started, and it was one of my best sets ever!
i just didn't like it because i felt like i wasn't in control of my mixes, it was weird, hard to describe

i went to motion in philly last night where sandra collins was spinning... SHE BLEW MY FUCKIN MIND!

that has to be one of the best hard trance sets ive ever heard... and it was cool as shit when she was up there singing along to the vocals

and then dj irene came out and threw up a really good uplifting trance set... very well done

awesome party... for all those who live even remotely close to philly... you dont know what you missed if you didnt go

I saw Sandra Collins in summer of 2000 when she played either turbo or system. I can't remember. She is a good deejay and very good looking.

I saw sandra collins spin at a rave in la on new years eve, and i wasnt that impressed. shes super hot, but other than that her set was kinda weak..i noticed a lot of people left during her set and i kinda wanted to also..pece

Hey Shockwav I think I know what u mean @ the loss of control. But I'll bet u were using speedy pills which are just too....warm fuzzy LOL!! The mdma ones (pure xtc) are very good for that sort've thing. You head stays clear the whole night. Not so good for dancers like me though. ;-D
