That is REALLY messed up if it's true. I started drinking beer when I was 13 but that's because the uncle back home gave me some. NOT because school was selling it! lol

I feel you on that one. Here in Austin everyone drinks Keystone Light. Oh yeah and the famous Natural Light-that is fuckin the most watered down beer IMO. I stick with Miller Light. And I can't stand dark beers.

peace,

Steve

THey do kinda taste like piss......
I've never had any "real" beer.

Like European beers etc.

Heinkene

tasted Foster's this weekend and didn't like it at all

Posted by Rememberence_ on Mar-04-2003 16:02:

I'm an Aussie living in the states and I've noticed many fools that love Fosters, probably because it's imported. NEWSFLASH: No one in Australia drinks fosters. Why? Cos it's shit.

On the other hand I've noticed a similar thing about Corona, lots of people in Australia go for it, probably because it's exotic, yet people in Texas/Mexico don't think highly of it at all. I think it too is an average beer, but I can drink it.

I can't wait to explore the world of european brew!

/me grabs a slab of VB and heads down to Flinders Street station to get blind with the homeless abos

note: VB = Victoria Bitter

Because I of my roots, I like the yorkshire bitters the best...Tetley's, John Smith, and Theakston...they only taste good in England though. I also like the European lagers, especially the Dutch (ie Heineken) and German ones.

American beer is quite weak...in flavour and alcohol percentage, but we have some really good beer in Canada.

mmmmm i now have over 40 pints of guinness in my fridge...i give it a week

Posted by Prototrance on Mar-04-2003 23:51:

I have two equal favorites.

Budweiser - Goes down smoothly - great taste at the back of your throat.
Hoegaarden - really original sweet taste.
