I enjoyed this set very much. Very eclectic. I hope he plays this style when I go see him in a month. I can't wait!!!

Talking

good stuff...

This set is great! Lots of different sounds. I love the Coldplay - Clocks remix! It's so smooth.

A bit of variety never hurt anybody. Would love to his this mix as the tracklistings looks very interesting. Hope he plays a similar mixture of tunes when i go to see him 2nite at Lush, Portrush, Ireland.

Moving to Frankfurt am Main

Ok, I am totally totally convinced that if PvD does not get #1 DJ this year, something is terribly wrong with this planet and it's time for me to go home...

These songs just fecking owned:

1. The Aircrash Bureau - Don't Expect Me
2. CIRC - Destroy She Said - Ownage, complete and unobliterated
3. Blackeight - the Silence - everytime this song just killz me!!!
4. R. File - Thinking
5. Silencer - Rollin''n Controllin' - MAAAAAAAD Breaks, yo!
6. Cirrus - Hit The Decks - Outstanding! Tis da dog's bollox, m8!
7. Solar Stone - Solarcoaster (Midway Mix) - killah!
8. Terry Bones - Closed Minds (White Label) - is this track da bomb, or what?

More to come! Man this set has to be heard several times to be fully appreciated. Not your typical "journey trance" - it is a full sampler of all that is good for your ears... Contains 100% USRDA daily recommended dosage of aural pleasure.

BTW, does anyone know which remix of "Circ - Destroy she said" is in the set? 'Coz I saw the video, which I assume is the original version, and it is not as tight as the remix. Btw, if you wanna see the video "Circ - Destroy she said" click Here

Cnacu6o, gyg!

I believe this is the Michelle Nicol remix of Coldplay - Clocks... not the Heaven & Earth remix..

i thought the H & E Remix has the vocals in it.. plus it dont sound a thing like the H&E i have, sounds more like the dotvinyl.com sample of the Michelle Nicol version

Posted by whiskers on Mar-07-2003 23:16:

i agree, circ - destroy, she said is massive. i have the club & de donatis mixes and they rule, can't stop listening - so addictive

djnaeblis - thanks for the proposition. i think i'll have enough time to grab the files by tomorrow; if not -

Posted by rubyriva on Mar-08-2003 03:45:

i love this set so much!

so similar to the set he played at roxy on 2/21 and in frankfurt and wuppertal on 3/1 and 3/2.

ahh...memories! such good tracks, it rocks!

OMG !!

This set brings the old ovd back into the spot light. Reminds me so much of his Amnesia set and it was utterly SUPERB. He rocked Lush in Northern Ireland last night so go see him people !

I know, some may find it cheesy but I just love this song. I can't get it out of my mind (I don't want to actually )

About the set:

(Gonna listen to it again)

werd. Superman hit the nail on the head - complete and unobliterated ownage. the vocals are so sweet and awesome!

omg, breaks! i like this new pvd style, because, finally, i can appreciate him because i really like what he's doing, and not because of all the hype (f0x rawrrr )

feels amazing when "trance" comes in after the breaks; as amazing as oakey's GU 004 CD1, where after 30 mins of sweet DnB stuff like bedrock, klab, and discodroids comes in. always feels nice to hear the solid bassline after a broken bassline of breaks. OWNAGE, i drool!

yeah pio's right.

the pvd xxl last year started housy, pretty cool i say. Its nice that pvd keeps things fresh and not just trance all the time.

Posted by whiskers on Mar-09-2003 18:26:

Lamb - Gorecki

i'm so glad he played that...
