I really doubt it. It looks pretty real, but the angle of the body in comparison to that of the head is dubious. Look at the head... it's neatly impaled like in the movies. If your head were straight on a pole like that, your body would have hit the fence first or barely missed it.

the head on the pole makes me think that maybe not photoshoped, but I'm pretty sure its not real...maybe a fake head and people with way too much time on their hands.

Besides feeling like I am going to be very sick in a second, it could quite possibly be real. It's pretty convincing. The photos. I'm not sure about the head though. Such a perfect angle on the pole. I mean its not even tilting SLIGHTLY. For that thin pole to completely separate the head at neck level you'd think it would have to slice sideways or at some angle....split decision....excuse me while I get some water....
