I got only 25 records.
I started my collection since July 2002.
I try to buy records only that I like.

my brother has been collecting for years now and i started about 1 and a half years ago.

So all in all i'd say about 3-4000 probably more. thats everything from old school to the hardest of hardcore i.e. ruffneck alliance. and from trance to techno to house music. taking in all spectrums of dance music from the early 90's.

All the records from 1998 onwards are kept on the floor of my brothers room and all the old school stuff from pre-98 is kept in the shed or on shelfs around the house.

ya, most of my records are house as that is what i started out spinning... plus, in the city of house, it is pretty prevelant.

Too many to count. somewhere around 235 milk crates full. You can fit over well 100 vinyls in a single milk crate. Been collecting since.....well....as long as I can remember.......many years.

Anyway, I've got 25 vinyls, 15 CD's and about 20 mp3-Cd's (which I only use for home usage). But hey, I'm a n00b

im about 15 records into my third crate, not sure how many that'd be

of all my records there's only maybe 2 or 3 vinyl that i wouldn't play live (damn dj shop headphones...i swear they make the tracks sound better in the store! )

the rest is all quality

you can't calculate like that. I bouught 500 records for 250$.
Also, promos don't cost a thing, so keep that in mind
