We make shroom slushies 
and they taste perty good.....i have to say my drug experience is very minimal but i have done shrooms and all though i can tell you that if you eat just a minimal amount its like being drunk....and as you eat more you will begin to hallucinate....and if you eat toooo many you will just puke your brains out its natural for the stomach to wanna reject these as they are being digested...sooo im assuming it would be hard to OD....I have never done acid...but friends have told me high amounts have similar effects..but not as potent.

ive taken shrooms numerous time an different variations of shroooms and ive always had mine dry and god the taste is awful. i shudder just at the thought. that taste is bad enough to put me off from taking shrooms at all lol... but i usually suck it up w/ orange juice or something w/ strong flavor so it will mask the favor
i dont know how much i use to consume.. never weighed it out.. it use to be legal here and theyd sell it in small baggies. i think the normal amount to ingest was from 1/2 a bag to a whole bag.
if its your first time, take it only w/ ppl u are truely comfortable w/ and where u feel comfy and dont have to worry about time or parents or whatnot. or else u'll start tweaking badly. i would suggest having at least one sober person accompany u while u trip. though depending on the person that may not be a good idea cuz u might start getting paranoid for whatever reason...
ive taken shrooms which had the same properties of E or other party drug buti woulnt take them at clubs or large gatherings if its your first time ever cuz u never know what sorta effects theyd have you. how shrooms react w/ the body varies from person to person so dont underestimate the power of shrooms.
and most liekly ull be nauseaous for at least 20mins but try to suck that up lol. it will be hard but when i feel really sick from it i usually curl up in a huge ball w/ blanket and that seems to ease the sickness. lol.. and the times ive felt like puking, i couldnt.. go figure...
another thing i would like to point out.. its amazig and fun to go outside to parks and to embrace nature but i wouldnt suggest it if uve taken large dosage... if u take alot, stay inside.. if u take a moderate amount and you feel good and u can actually walk w/o problems, by all means, go outside. as long as ur responsible, it should be a great way to trip 
btw, im not sure if this only a rumor but, ive been told that shrooms dont show up on drug test cuz it basically is food poisoning and nothing more. dont know how much truth there is in that rumor but, its a good thing to know

Shrooms are definately good! i don't get to have them all that often but when i do its usually pretty good, i'd have to agree with other posts saying that you have to be in a comfortable environment to do them cuz like other people said sometimes certain things/people can freak you out . so definatley the best time to take them is when you're with friends just hanging out. i'd also have to agree that they are definately not a club drug its more of a sit back and chill drug. i'd highly recommend taking them and watching the sun rise , its gorgeous and the colors are insane! i love being on them and just chillin to some music and just enjoying the trip. heres a little tip to anyone who wants to make the most out of their trip- drink some OJ and if you like weed take a few hits and just relax -it totally enhances the trip!(but try and get the best weed you can, it makes a difference) i like shrooms cuz they're a natural drug, i'm not into the hard drugs cuz i don't like what they do to people so i definatly recommend shrooms over anything else and as far as any bad side affects there really aren't any..a little nausea but it passes and remember not everyone gets nauseas-i never did. 
I've never gotten sick or nausious, the closest thing I've had to a bad experience is starting to think to much or felling a little uncomfortable arout weird or blarigerent people. At times like that you just need to find something to occupy your mind (something fun to do).
never compare acid to shrooms...shrooms are more of a body thing...and u wont see shit if u compare it to acid...trust me...acid owns shrooms..if uve done acid dont wast ur money on shrooms cuz it will feel like nothing
I've done both many times and i perfer mushies over acid,your right that acid is more of a mental trip. I've also experience insane visuals of mushies but not as consestantly as acid.
for some reason, i like the taste of shrooms, they dont taste bad, they are actually pretty good, i have had a few different kinds, the most recent were really big caps and stems, they were dried too. but ya someone on this board is the admin of the. its either, www.shroomery.org or www.theshroomery.org

I did all my research on shrooms and decided that they would be a nice drug to try. I took 2.0g, not that much, but I was worried about tweaking out because it took me a while to learn how to control the freak-out feeling that I get from weed. I had a little drunk buzz going on, took 'em, smoked a bowl... and... everything got real heavy about 40 min after ingestion.
They are definitely not a big party drug. Take them in a comfortable environment with close friends. My advice is to take a low dosage so you can experience it with a lot of control the first time.
I took them when it was cold out and all I wanted to do was go sit in the sun, have a cig and talk to my friends about nature. After I hit my peak I stood up and I felt this wave run down from my head touching each of my organs and then into my feet. It ran into the earth and I felt like a tree, very peaceful, nice and relaxing. Then, on to the bathroom because I had to urinate.
The coolest thing that I saw was when I looked into the mirror and saw this HUGE smile on my face. I noticed how big my pupils were and looked closer at them. All of a sudden, and this all happened in what was physically a 1/2 a second but in my mind took an hour, I saw this castle scene. Complete with luscious trees, wind and sun. I was drawn into the world and became a part of it.
Then, bam, I was in the bathroom looking in the mirror. Overall I was in control of it and it was a nice little escape from reality.

shrooms have toxins in the stem part known as stryknyne which is the same stuff they put in rat poison.. Its a fairly benign amount and no 'long term' effects are likely to be derived from it (besides feeling a little ill possibly). I'm not big on the hallucinogens as its very subjective in my experience (read: not much). I've candyflipped a couple time (e bombs + hallucinogen (usually acid) and its a wierd feeling.. Lots of interesting visuals and feelings too.

hard banging crazy trance, or more chilled, ambient shit, like chicane, or somthing like that.

VERY relaxing. It's totally chill. You just sit there and let the music envelope your mind and let it wander wherever it wants. You can come up with the craziest ideas and see the craziest shit. It sounds very cliche' to say, but I really do think that it is an experience that opens up your mind to things you've never thought of / realized before.
I think, BTG, if you don't mind getting stoned alone, to take like 1/2 of an 1/8th and just chill out. I've never done it by myself but I think it could be great to just throw on some head phones and go nuts.
BTW. Anybody ever experience this? Once I looked at the clock and it was like 3:05. The next time I looked at the clock (which seemed like 20 minutes later) it was 3:04. WTF?!

basically anything thats not main stream music lol...i wouldnt suggest rock but some Pink floyd stuff sounds great. i think in my experiences, the type of trip u have have totally depends on what u allow and it can vary from major stoned feeling to a totally euphoric e like trip.. so depending on the trip, id listen to anything from psych to trance to ambient to stuff u may find at say the nature store... lol. some great music to listen to when shrooming...
all shrooms do is kill your immune system if you do them a lot my friend almost died from that cause he got sick but he was a hardcore shroomer. just don't get sick and your fine

does it really give you that euphoric feeling that tabs (e) give you?? 
about peyote...only thing i've heard is that ancient indian americans and incas (s. America) used to use it for ceremonial purposes. made it into some sort of tea. supposed to give u good visuals. 
also that it came from cactus....though it's probably just myth.

I've heard if yoy take enough you get almost an "out of body experience" I don't know if it's possible to be as extreme as bevis and butthead, but it was still a cool scene.

peyote.the best high u will EVER have. a good button will cost u about 250-300 hundred canadain but it is well worth it . 4 day tripp nonstop. yea thats the shit u pay for. on the down side u feel like a bag of shiza for a few days after the high wears off. but trust me its welllllll worth the illness ur gonna indure. its like being high drunk and shrooming all at the same time. everything is in constaint motion, colours are brighter more vivid, music sounds a 1000 times better. ughhhhh its just so friggin good so if u got the cash and wanna a good high try it, for days of greatness lol
oh yea peyote is also hard as fuck to find as it takes 6 years+ for a good button to mature. but when u find it wow

I took half a button (cap, whatever) and it fucked me up for a good 2 days. I don't like how it lasts as long as it does but the trip itself 0wnz. But yea it takes a long time to grow so thats why it is expensive as someone already said :P
