I haven't decided yet whether I'm going to Resolution or not, but we should definitely hang out while you're here!
Is Wai coming as well?

lol wai is the reason we would be coming! Its her b-day AND when I showed her that markus, sander, marcel, and phynn would be playing in the same night she had a hard time breathing LOL (not even kidding about that one....) lol love that chick and her excitement.

If we did come it would only be for a night or two cuz I am going home for X-mas and need to get back to work at some point lol

lol.. RedLite ppl never sleep.. it's all in the vitamins

you're right on the mark with Max G, his sets at Heaven are more self promo than anything else, playing his own productions and so on. He was very very dirty in that big arena last year. Steve Lawler will destroy Bell Centre, 'cause it's all about the big room and the Montreal crowd/vibe and he's got more than enough material to work with.

If they give him three hours, we might hear some tribal too

MUSIC TO MY EARS MAN!!!!

Posted by Spin Laden on Oct-17-2007 15:13:

what would be music to MY ears would be trance during drinking hours and the countdown then Grondin-Vibe-Lawler-Creator to finish the night, each dj complimenting the one before. Robbie would get to see his fav djs early too.

I will be campaigning for those kinds of set times once the final list is announced. Stay tuned

I have been waiting for the promoters to finally come to their senses and move all the trance to the start of the night....

that arrangement you came up with would be a dream come true!

Posted by Spin Laden on Oct-17-2007 15:21:

I think it makes sense. Imagine walking into Bell Centre and into a sea of glowsticks?

Trance crowds are very enthusiastic to say the least. That would leave a cool impression to anyone who is experiencing his/her first massive. And as I said here before, you usually get ppl facing the booth more during trance anyways, just perfect for the New Year's countdown.

Then the dirty beats during the dirty hours.. it's the only way to go, imo. Sensation tailed off quite a bit (vibe and capacity-wise) maybe - and just maybe - because they did that lineup in reverse. Again, this is just my opinion

Posted by yankeeBaby on Oct-17-2007 15:27:

being a trance person myself, I actually agree with that statement. Nothing I love more then some solid trance followed by some hard banging techno (sorry kids I dont really prefer house).

is the complete lineup out yet? I am searching through the many pages and its getting old lol. Need to decide if its worth the trip thru the mountains to get to montreal in the dead of winter.

Posted by Spin Laden on Oct-17-2007 15:30:

good point. Sander and Markus can drop some decent techno too so we may win either way.. but that's only if they leave the fluff out (GTFO = GET THE FLUFF OUT!)

Posted by ZraW on Oct-17-2007 15:32:

Well being a trance fan myself I would not like the night to start with trance.. Cause than I would not know which drugs to take when..

Posted by ZraW on Oct-17-2007 15:32:

What i Would not mind would be : House/Trance/House

Posted by DRredLite on Oct-17-2007 15:33:

besides , so far they always drop the trance past 6am ... maybe to be fair they should switch it up to give the trance heads a chance to enjoy the night earlier... for me I can wait till later.....

Hell most of the good events i don't wake up till 4am anyway....

I wouldn't say it was mindblowing, it was a really decent set....but your right about when Max is in Ottawa, he doesn't really care, it was his hometown hes here just to have a good time

go to the beginning of this thread and note the two websites: admission.com & wantickets.com. Also, pay attention to this thread as there may info later on as to how to get tix in Toronto as well. Get'em early because it's gonna sell out.

Re: dress code, for this 'rave' you can wear anything.. in fact I suggest you get really obnoxiously drunk and sketch and wear a Leafs jersey
