i dunno, maybe; though i've seen some tricky "waranties" like that before. same logic as the fucking retarded-ass "remove this sticker to void your warranty"-type deals that i see on a lot of electronics. something as trivial as a sticker totally fucks you. almost positive that using non-stock firmware voids your shit though.

It technically does, but it is easy to get back to stock....usually...

sure you can always reflash back to stock, but what if you're taking it in because your phone is FUCKED, ie unable to access the OS, etc? you can't reflash a phone that won't turn on.

If it won't turn on, they don't usually get you if it's plausible from your story you weren't fucking with it.

the streak's announcement has pissed me off now
i was thinking possibly the samsung tablet, but it looks pretty plasticy, is fucking expensive, and really doesn't look heaps better than the streak, plus the streak's more portable, and a phone...
