I did legs. I carbed up b4 so that makes it hurt less. 450lb leg press 4x12, 80lb dumb bell lunges 4x10, ass machine 4x(whatever max is), leg extension 205 4x12, calf raises single leg 205 4x40. 15 mins stairmaster, 20 mins elliptical 
damn son that's a ridiculous workout. meh same ole for me today

No I was doing squats for months, and never did leg presses. I switched over to these to break out of a plateau. It's working wonders....for now. I do lots of deadlifting though.

Has anyone tried NO-Xplode? I've been hearing mixed reviews about this product. if you have used it, what do u think? does it make any difference in anything?
I use it to prevent diarrhea
I used it for a bit not my style all I felt was jittery, natural look and supplements for the win. Plus some steroids

Buy some protein
I ran out like a month ago and need to get some too 
NO explode just increases vascularity nothing big. I cycled with creatine and the results went away after usage. Not really big results either.

I almost collapsed running today. I thought I felt strange so I slowed down to check my pulse. I couldn't check it because my fingers were numb and I felt like I was spinning around. By the time I was able to check it my pulse was 198!

ps. i got a trainer 
kind of a weird request here... im not a fitness freak or anything.. but its high time i started doing something with my health.
basically.. i have drank beer pretty much every night for the last 10 or 11 years since i left school... i dont do any working out or any major excercise anymore. im not fat, but i do have a bit of a beer belly. i used to work out a lot when i was about 16-17 [10ish years ago] i hada great body then, not massively muscular, but a nice set of abs, toned arms, and quite a protruding chest. but since then i have not excercised a lot, and the drink is doing to my body what drink will do, but over the last few weeks i have stopped drinking through the week [which has been hard for me]
my stomach is not big, but theres a little bit of fat around there, also my chest went from being quite muscular to flacid, i dont have manboobs yet, but lets say my chest still sticks out like it used to, but its not hard anymore.
my basic problem is.. i have panic disorder, and one of the things that sets an attack off is not being able to control my heart rate... if i DO do excercise i.e treadmill or something, my heart rate goes up, and it feels like i cant control it, which equals having a panic attack... but i want my fitness and my physique to develope again... so basically im just wondering, what is the best thing i can do, to get back on top of things to trim myself up, and also build up some decent muscle without exsert too much cardially as that gives me problems
i just got this baby the other day;
gonna try taking it three times a day and see if i make any gains.
