Fuck, I've been trying to get myself to go out jogging at around 5am, but it's so hard. The 1 out of 10 times that I manage it though it's pretty awesome.
I usually start about 7:30pm

so i bought mad protein and shit, no sketchy stuff, and I think I can do 3 times a week. what now
You can definitely add ten pounds pretty easy, but making a goal like putting on 40 pounds can just hinder you if you don't make gains fast enough.

Starting my HIIT cardio program again today in 3 weeks gonna be shredded I'm in prime position for it !
I ran the last five days. Thinking about doing 6 or maybe taking a day off. This is why I need to sign up for a race. I feel like I'm just screwing around, and not really training.
Wow running in 90 degree temperature with 70% humidity ftw!
LOL
I'm sweating like a mongrel, ps I didn't do HIIT just did a 2 mile quick run. My cardio is still pretty good but I'm winded as shit.
Also never running without boxer briefs again, my boys were all over the place slapping my face and shit. Like at my first sprint they were out the boxer hole lol it was hilarious I had to stop and organize my stuff.
LOL yea i had to start wearing boxer briefs and compression shorts to run.
Did a 10k tempo today, first 5k in 24.27, 2nd in 23.23. Finished with a 1k cool-down.
As I decided not to participate in the marathon in two weeks, I figured it's time to do some speed work and try and set some new PR's in the second half of the year.
so im getting a lil frustrated. ive been making gains in everything except shoulders. I cannot get past 65 lbs/arm doing dumbell shoulder presses. like im stuck and i dont know how to keep going higher. kinda like plateau-ed i guess. without using any supplement or juice, anyone got any tips for me to improve past 65?

Take a week off shoulders, then go to the squat rack or smith, and start shoulder pressing straight bar. don't work them more than 2 times a week. Do this for 3 weeks, then go back to dumb bells and u should be able to push a bit more. lastly, EAT! |
