My bf is such a prick when we workout together
It makes me angry and I go harder, which is good but I tend to over-exert myself that way

ughhhh I passed out on the grass after and he's like "MOVE IT FATTY! No resting!"

Yeah, pushups are pretty much a piece of cake once you get past the initial couple weeks. I can't believe I ever doubted I wouldn't be able to do to them, lol.

My bf wants me to do pull-ups, lol...so I'm gonna get good at those too. And then I'm gonna rock some chin-ups.

Sure it might do that, but in the stack it inhibits prostaglandin production which increases/prolongs the thermogenic effect of ephedra.

Yes it does, but that's not what's importatnt...aspirin inhibits prostaglandins outside of the cells, thus prolonging the thermogenic effects of the ephedra/caffeine. If u don't take it, within about 2 weeks the process slows due to the heightened tolerance and prostaglandin levels. In other words, it helps to keep the cells using up energy, aka fat burning.

watch out with pull ups. i would suggest a close grip palms to your face.

This is to avoid getting that V shape that guys like to have. Personally i don't think its aesthetically pleasing in women.

The v shape is attained through usings a wide grip palms out stance

upper back definition on females in my opinion is very attractive. lean enough to see visible muscle strands, this doesn't mean bulky hunched over women with lat delts the size of bowling balls. I'm talking definition in the rhomboid minor/major, teres minor/major, and delt to trap areas. normally with a clear spinal definition.

i hit these with resistance / cable, cross body pulls with no cable grip, just holding onto the cable stop-ball.

agree with nrg on the palm out wide grip pull ups, really nail into those lats which will give you that V.
