- Why is it that important to drink a lot of water, and most important how can it help you loose weight?

- Why is it not recommanded to eat late in the evening? is it okay if we work out after? like in my case, I always go to gym around 9 or at night since its 24h, depending of my schedule at work... I'm asking cause I had a little snack last night and I was disappointed to see this morning that I gained like 2 pounds even tought I jogged for 25 minutes before going to sleep, and 2 hours after the snack.. I tought that wouldve been enough to compensate

hmmm...well...i just like to drink water so its never been a problem for me. i suppose the reasons to drink a lot of water are

1. keep your body hydrated. when you work out you're losing a lot of water from sweating etc.

2. i think drinking lots of water helps with free radicals in your body? i forget exactly because i haven't read up on it, but drinking water is definitely a good thing...i just always kinda take that for granted.

the reason for not eating a lot before you go to bed is pretty simple. if you eat a lot of food before you go to bed (especially carbohydrates) then you're body is gonna turn a lot of it into fat because you aren't burning off what you just ate. ok, thats the dumbed down version hehehe...can't be arsed to type up a huge scientific response ala orbax hehehe.

however, its ok to have a snack or something...just as long as it isn't a full blown meal. like i said...carbs are the main thing you wanna avoid eating before bedtime because your body will turn it into sugars and inevitably fat...a source of protein would be good though because that'll go to the muscles...its really a balance of what you're eating....you don't wanna overeat because you don't want excess fat...you don't wanna undereat because then you won't be feeding the muscles and they won't grow...

i can't speak of the effects for women, but i must admit trying it years ago. it worked ok...nothing spectacular. its hard to tell if THAT was any difference when you are examining so many aspects of a routine. i think mostly it helped with strength a little.

oh and the pills are really stinky...taste like crap hehehe, but i guess all supplements do...

i thought it makes you ripped in half the time...not just stronger.

oh...i've never taken anything like that. i could never inject anything. they also have hgh in a pill form...and that's what i tried.

injecting has one major advantages over takign stuff the oral way. the roids dont pass through your kidney / liver etc etc and isnt digested, so it goes directly into your blood stream. this avoids all the dmage to the vital organs that normally occurs with the pill version.

its because your muscles are 70% water and it takes a crazy amount of liquid to keep them functional. The more they function the more energy they pull to rebuild and work properly.

because then your body is digesting instead of healing which is what its supposed to do in your sleep cycles.

well my bf�s friend has boxes of the stuff in little vials. he gave us a bunch and I am hesitant about using it. I injected it once so far, because after my first workout in a long time, I tore my leg muscles so bad, I could have used crutches! my bf told me that if I injected a little bit of the hgh, it would speed up the recovery...and it did! it normally takes about a week or more until you start feeling normal again and can work out after muscle soreness, but I was better in like 3-4 days. and I was nervous about injecting it, but they are tiny insulin needles and u just pinch the skin on your tummy and u hardly feel it.

I just wanna get ripped before my trip to Hawaii in September. I don�t have any fat to lose, just some toning up to do.

The true HGH is prescription. Its a GABA injection (can be taken orally but injection preferred). Most other stuff is fake and/or shitty and has side effects that arent desirable. Some even make your forehead growth plate activate and you look like a caveman lol. There are really only two safeways to pump out more HGH. 1) Working out hard with just a few short workout between sets and 2) GABA.

If you take it orally your stomach digests it and breaks it down (its the same type of thing found in many foods)

Daily injections are required (small doses) and its supposed to help a lot. Many people say good things. I would say go to a doctor ask about it first. Most of the HGH stuff I know is for men and testosterone is present in our results. I havent heard a whole lot about what itll do for women. Sounds like you want to reduce fat, and it *should* have that effect no matter what.

The other thing I would do is get some popular brands from GNC (names) and research them a little. Check out body building sites that have areas devoted to supplements and see what they say as well.

Things that mess around with hormone production levels always scare me, however. Usually the come down requires a different thing to supplement. EG you take testosterone booster you better plan on a few months of taking estrogen squasher after youre off.

i agree. i've kinda realised that all you have to do is eat right and workout hard...when i tried it i was still pretty young and naive. i wouldn't want to take anything like that nowadays...

yea my friend�s dad has a prescription for it...I guess he has a thyroid problem or something wrong w/ his pituitary gland.


but the stuff we have is the real deal..the stuff u get from a doctor. the guy who gave it to us owns an MRI facility so he has an "in" w/ a lot of ortho docs n stuff like that.

lol that sounds so shady. yeah you are supposed to be taking very small doses daily (apply pressure for 30-60 seconds after shot to reduce bruising). In all reality if you have several months to get there...you could look like bruce lee in a few months if you went to the gym for 40 minutes a day and targeted high reps high sets (thats without HGH).

As long as youre hygenic about it, I mean...I guess I would try it if it came from a trustworthy friend, test it daily (as long as you WORK OUT daily) for a week or so and see if its any different. My only warning on that is you feel twice as strong week 2 of working out as week 1 and week 3 is better. That first month of starting again shows rapids gains and results and I think if you took it now too much would be attributed to the HGH. Id say start taking it in a month and use it sparingly for healing or something until then.

Then do the week or two trial.
