Waste of money if you want to look cut. If you want to bulk up then I would say the contrary. Creatine makes you retain more water so I don't like it. Go for nitro-tech instead.

They help, but they're not nearly as "good" as steroids.
Don't get me wrong, I never did and I never will take steroids.
It's just the thing you can get 33 lbs in 2 weeks with steroids, and proteins are simply muscle food.
When you eat proteins via supplements, you eat "cleaner" form.
For example, when you eat 100 grams of turkey breast, you eat 24 grams of proteins and 76 grams of other things from turkey breast.
When you eat 100 grams of protein powder, 85-98 grams (%) of it are clean proteins, unlike 24 grams from turkey breast.
And people stereotype proteins too much.
They're regular proteins just like in food, but in cleaner and faster-absorbing form.

That guy didn't get big from thing he is advertising.
Unless the thing he is advertising is synthol.

Nah, don't take creatine. It makes water go into your muscles and gives them strenght and volumen, but that's not good for defintion.

Take glutamine instead. It makes your immunological system stronger and helps your muscles recover from training faster and better.

Not too far away from my current shape/look. A bit futher, but not too far away.

Posted by Emil on Mar-07-2005 23:47:

I honestly would like to do 2 or 3 months of steroids, imagine how big and cut you would get. But I guess if you do 2-3 months, you won't ever want to quit, eh?

Posted by Ygrene on Mar-07-2005 23:48:

For anyone looking to add muscle or definition, Creatine is hands down the second best natural supplement out there.

Creatine will make you hold a bit of water but, you lose that once you stop taking it.

The biggest benefit of creatine is more reps at a higher weight, which allows for more muscle growth, which burns more calories, which makes you more defined.

Anything that helps you build more muscle will help you become more defined, albeit in a round-about way.

I'm all natural hehe.

Yeah, I guess you're right... But I don't think I need it.
Proteins, glutamine, glucose and vitamins/minerals are enough for me.
Though I'm not taking glutamine and vitamins/minerals yet.

Ahh, don't do that man. Seriously.
If you're not a pro (IFBB), you don't need it.
It's not worth the risk and it's simply unneccesary.
Besides, girls don't like too ripped guys.
Girls like guys with sexily defined muscles.

Definition of "natural" in bodybuilding is when you don't use steroids.
Proteins, creatine, glutamine, vitamins/minerals, glucose, dextrose, aminoacids...
That's all considered normal and natural.

Posted by Ibizadreamer AG on Mar-07-2005 23:55:

Girls go for the big muscle between your legs hehehe..that one can grow big in to time!! lol

Then I'm super natural cuz I only eat healthy and I'm not taking any supplements.

I know I always look good.

One reccomendation I can make to everyone is that you should always train in some futuristic sunglasses, stars & stripes Zubaz pants, and heavy combat boots. In addition, throw down with a doo-rag on your head.

I guarantee that the intensity of your training will increase tenfold.

oh you got my style down to the T hehehe

only my spandex is always pink hehehe

Posted by Gauss on Mar-08-2005 00:17:

When I train, I wear regular t-shirt, short pants (just above knees), DC shoes and socks, obviously.

But when I do the biceps exercises, I always put the sleeves on my shoulders, so they don't cover up the upper arm (biceps, obviously).
It's for the cool factor.

Posted by Michael19 on Mar-08-2005 00:19:

my nipples alway show through my t-shirt when i do dumbbell curls

Posted by Orbax on Mar-08-2005 00:20:

Im gonna start wearing gay short shorts to the gym to give me motivation to make my legs huge and not look like a total ****** in them.

also: Nitro-tech, everything ive heard and read says +1 to that

and VividBoy and I made a "no supplments except whey protein" bet for most improved body challenge so I dont get to do any of that

Posted by Gauss on Mar-08-2005 00:21:

Mine don't, luckily.
I'll be going now...
Good night everyone.

I will be called a moron for posting this but whatever. I don't understand why there are fat people. If your fat and don't care, thats cool, more power to you. But its not that hard to figure out genuises. The more you eat and the less you exercise, the fatter you get. The more you exercise and the less you eat the thinner you get. Why is that so hard for people to figure out?

Posted by Orbax on Mar-08-2005 04:04:

You went from mean to nice. wtf!

+agreed

I guess they're happy the way they are. To each their own.

Posted by gmoney on Mar-08-2005 04:15:

Yeah, I was having a bad day Orbax, I appoligize. As to the last post, I am not talking the fat people who are happy. I am referring to the fat ones who bitch about being fat and read books like "South Beach Diet", and then eat 3 big macs for dinner and don't exercise. No wonder you're fat genuises.

Posted by Orbax on Mar-08-2005 04:17:

fat people *arent* happy. No matter what they say
