I honestly would like to do 2 or 3 months of steroids, imagine how big and cut you would get. But I guess if you do 2-3 months, you won't ever want to quit, eh?
For anyone looking to add muscle or definition, Creatine is hands down the second best natural supplement out there.
Creatine will make you hold a bit of water but, you lose that once you stop taking it.
The biggest benefit of creatine is more reps at a higher weight, which allows for more muscle growth, which burns more calories, which makes you more defined.
Anything that helps you build more muscle will help you become more defined, albeit in a round-about way.
I'm all natural hehe.

| Originally posted by Ygrene I know I always look good. One reccomendation I can make to everyone is that you should always train in some futuristic sunglasses, stars & stripes Zubaz pants, and heavy combat boots. In addition, throw down with a doo-rag on your head. I guarantee that the intensity of your training will increase tenfold. |

When I train, I wear regular t-shirt, short pants (just above knees), DC shoes and socks, obviously.
But when I do the biceps exercises, I always put the sleeves on my shoulders, so they don't cover up the upper arm (biceps, obviously).
It's for the cool factor.
my nipples alway show through my t-shirt when i do dumbbell curls
Im gonna start wearing gay short shorts to the gym to give me motivation to make my legs huge and not look like a total ****** in them.
also: Nitro-tech, everything ive heard and read says +1 to that
and VividBoy and I made a "no supplments except whey protein" bet for most improved body challenge so I dont get to do any of that
Mine don't, luckily.
I'll be going now...
Good night everyone.
I will be called a moron for posting this but whatever. I don't understand why there are fat people. If your fat and don't care, thats cool, more power to you. But its not that hard to figure out genuises. The more you eat and the less you exercise, the fatter you get. The more you exercise and the less you eat the thinner you get. Why is that so hard for people to figure out?
You went from mean to nice. wtf!
+agreed

Yeah, I was having a bad day Orbax, I appoligize. As to the last post, I am not talking the fat people who are happy. I am referring to the fat ones who bitch about being fat and read books like "South Beach Diet", and then eat 3 big macs for dinner and don't exercise. No wonder you're fat genuises.
fat people *arent* happy. No matter what they say
