, but purely subjectively, i'd like to see the progression developed a bit to include some 'tense' sounding minor chords especially from the upper part of the scale.
so to quote yourself: "eat my ass and lick my balls"
thanks for listening marsh. funny that we're pretty much on the same page about the brightness of the second chord actually.. after uploading that the other night i actually did change that part about it
. should be able to get an update online soonish.
ok done a bit of an update on it :
www.davebegic.com/28march.mp3
I realise it's no djwarden.com or chrispana.com but I have taught myself a bit about the web the hard way and cranked out my own little bit of cyberspace.
Any comments appreciated.
i just checked it and couldnt get past the splash screen?
. from what i could tell it's not quite chrispana.com or djwarden.com. in fact its almost shit enough to be worse than davebegic.com but not quite.
Did you click on the image?
yeah man its working now! looks good, but i dont know about black backgrounds anymore.. im starting to hate my own site for that reason.. looks too amateurish
Yeah i fully agree with the background thing. I put up a skyline image as background on most pages last night, but it seems to be temperamental in whether it decides to load or not.
DONT PUT SOUND ON YOUR SITE! sorry panna, but fuck sound shits me.
Takes longer to load and annoys the shit out of me, especially at work!
djmuli.com best site EVA lol
yeah, panas site is a bandwidth hog.. kinda gets really annoying especially on 56k connections. i do like your site muli, nice and simple and gets the job done
Hey tristain, totally off topic here
but
Why did u stop being an idiot on ITM? WHy did u go all serious
I miss the good ole days LOL, especially when you spammed the general forum with the funniest threads ever and filled the whole page!! Classic haha
You can only take the piss out of people for so long before the novelty wears off. I think it was good the way everything came to such a climatic end, gives all us oldies something to remember. By then I was more interested in the music side of things rather than the general forum side and was posting here. ITM wasn't really the same so I sort of just migrated.
hahaha some of the shit was a crack up.
trAse seems to have taken ur spot
STOP SPAMMING!
OMG! HE IS BACK TO HIS OLD WAYS!!
lol
haha even 100 threads starts with two posts!
I booked my flights to see Fergie in June yesterday.
Nice, i'll just catch him up here as long as its at a decent spot.
Ok back to self promoting
I TEH RULE!
like ur newie dave
thanks jules.. im adding some more emotive elements through the breakdown but of got those raw crunchy sounds still.. just adding some different parts to the spectrum.. will have another update after the weekend.
love it dave, sounds awesome! but that last synth or something that comes in in the last minute sounds a bit wierd to me... other than that seriously sounds really good!!
