Some important points:

The truck is delivering the goods at 11am. We have THIRTEEN tents to erect (and it probably won't be enough), so if the volunteers could arrive early and haul ass erecting the tents, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have purchased 140 burger buns, all the plates, cups, napkins and forks we'll need for the party, so I think we're ok in those departments.

And remember folks, bring something warm and / or waterproof to wear for later in the day!
