It was never predicted/expected to, sure. Having said that, we've all seen how well predictions/expectations have held up during this whole ordeal. I'm sorry, but as far as I'm concerned, if you're on the coast of a small body of water with a massive oil spill in it, then you shouldn't be surprised if you see some of it. It's just common sense.

That news about oil/tar balls in Texas should not be a shock; What should be a real shock is that BP has caused one of the WORST ecological disasters in the United States of America.

This problem has not been solved, now the federal government is enforcing laws to prohibit people from attain access to certain, "oil spill areas."

The main point though and don't get me wrong; the oil LEAK has not been stopped.

i think its more that he's suprised that oil from the spill "directly from" the deepwater horizon spill has washed up to the shore.

the proximity of the rig to the shore. There are thousands of rigs in the gulf.

Basically I think that what was written in that article has a lot of interesting ties to what is potentially happening;

Since there is a 100% media black out now; information is merely here say

I think what this person has to say is worth noting because no one else is going to tell you anything remotely near to what this person put together.

The creativity and ability for that person to put pieces of the bigger picture together are worth sharing.

The clean-up workers do not know what the toxins they are inhaling are doing to their bodies, else they wouldn�t do it. How many of the clean-up workers that were employed after the Exxon Valdez spill are still with us ?

Crude oil is extremely toxic. Anybody around crude for a long period of time is going to become ill. It's as simple as that. Keep trying, though, it's hilarious.

And for the record, the majority of the workers who cleaned up Exxon are still around, though there were a sizable chunk of them that did get ill, and a smaller number that died. Might want to do some research before making your own speculations, or parroting a couple of random comments you might have seen.
