From a moral standpoint,i think Jesse deserves to die the most right now, even more than Walt.
You have some interesting morals
He is the same shitbag as Walt but he is acting as if he is a saint.
Walt saved his life, Walt saved him from poverty, its true that Walt hurt people Jesse cared about but he never betrayed the partnership they both had.
Jesse is just a criminal betraying his partner in crime, yuck...
I feel like anyone who sympathizes with Walt and think Jesse deserves to die at this point has no soul.
I just think they're missing the point of the show

I don't like that they went the Jessie goes to Hank way, seemed to predictable, then again, lots of things seemed predictable on this show and then they weren't.
And I am still rooting for Walt.
I understand that no way this ends in him "winning" somehow. This was always going the Walt's turning into a monster and then dying way.

The only characters in this show who deserve to live are Walter Jr and Holly.

The show evolved with people sympathizing with Walt at first and thinking Jessie was just some drug addicted loser. As the show went on, Walt became a monster and Jessie developed a conscious. With the bad things happening over and over to Jessie, all pretty much being Walt's fault. At this point, viewers should sympathize with Jessie and realize how sick of a human being Walt is. Anybody still sympathizing with Walt is completely missing that.
I can't wait to see Walt just own everyone before he dies of cancer. I've loved his transformation thus far.
Why? As Jessie has said "he's the devil." He lies to and manipulates every single person in his life. There's not a single person he's honest with.
Why have I loved his transformation?
Because, deep down, every human being has exactly that persona buried within themselves. Seeing it displayed with such grace on screen is brilliant. Not many TV shows are willing to go as far as Breaking Bad has.
I don't think every human being has that inside them. I think Walt is just a completely evil person.
Fair enough
Becoming corrupted by money, sure, but he took it to a whole other level. He's hurt everyone who cares about him, he's killed people who shouldn't have been killed to protect himself. He's just a bad dude.

And on a lighter note

At the end of the day it does not matter who they are (both retired), its the shit they've both done, lets not forget about the devastating impact of producing a deadly drug in such commercial quantities for such a long time. I don't give 2shits about Jessie having bad feelings about the things he has done, he deserves to be punished just like Walt and even more because he ACTUALLY BELIEVES he is any better than him. Just like Hank said: "The kid"? Oh, you mean the junkie murderer that's dribbling all over my guest bathroom floor?" ^That quote is a massage from the writers imo. And Jessie had plenty of checkpoints to retire throughout the series, he even blackmailed Walt and forced him to bring him back at some point. Jessie wanted to be a part of the game without actually doing the dirty work and now he snitches on Walt to get even with him, he even snitched about Walt running over some guys to save his life! jesus, what a scumbag. |
"manipulated him into doing"? how many people can be manipulated into murdering somebody? why cant Jessie take responsibility over his actions? because he is a dumbass and Walt is a genius? because Walt is a a leader and he's just the follower?
And again, Jessie produced massive quantities of a destructive drug, he has many victims on his head, thousands of victims on his head but only when he sees the victim looking in his eyes he actually feels bad about it.
Walt is no better than Jessie, they are both shitbags but at least Walt respected the most basic code among criminals and at least he knows he is the villain ("the one who knocks") instead of pretending to be a saint.
How can you rat on someone saying he ran over 2 guys when in fact he did this to save YOU?
