Olive oil is healthy but I'm confused on how drinking it is supposed to keep you in shape.
Muscles and cardiovascular system stay strong and healthy by undergoing some sort of work when you move around in some way. There's no way around that...

Just rejoined a gym because I couldn't pass up on the $10/month deal. I would like some advice and workout tips to improve endurance, increase strength, and increase speed. The gym supplements my martial arts training, so I'm looking for exercises that uses similar motions. Any help out there?
