look at the previous post n00b. Drink Olive Oil dammit!

I'll hold a 25lb weight doing back extensions. Of course I have been doing them a while cause if I don't I have to do 100 reps before I feel anything. I'll stick to using weights to get results. Starting out u won't need weight, but u will soon enough.

I don't know what sort of "motions" you had in mind, but you could try doing some Tabata interval training:
