edit: your set-up is pretty nice btw...i see that you are a fan of stanton...

2 edit: there seems to be a gap between the cartridge and the stylus...does your have this...

i dont fing any major problems with these carts. i put 3 gramms of weight instead of the recommended 4-5 gramms and i rarely have skipping issues. great sound, great looks.
im not a fan of stanton i think....i just find Stanton's top of the line (T.120/ST.150 + M.304/505/505FX) the best for the money i.e. M.304 = 350, T.120 = 460.....

and now i've added SSL and im shocked how flawless it works

yeah stanton makes some good stuff...i am looking at buying an smx-501

We'll getting a kick outa Live nowaday's :

Thinking what to do, buy an External Soundcard with multi outs or save up for an 3d...

Get the soundcard.

My current arrangement. A more tidy shelf setup is currently in the works, and it will be much higher off the ground, because that table is destroying my lower back.

how does the mixer/s5000 set-up work out for you...looks like it would be quite hard to constantly reach for the mixer...

pretty much the perfect (club) setup there for me. little overkill for a home setup, but that's the way this thread seems to be going these days.

you could make it look a little nicer by maybe painting the table, wall-mounting the speakers and hiding the cables...

just my .02 $, still a great setup!
