according to the weekly newsletter...there will be no martin butrich this coming Sunday. If I read correctly, we are getting Olivier saint germain instead...
Martin WAS confirmed right?
Olivier was there from the beggining....Buttrich just cancelled....I think we have 2 really goods headliners anyway there....and If you think Kalkbrenner is the highlight....is because you don't know Tony Rohr...one of the best booking of the summer for me!!! He his releasing on Minus, Plus 8, Drumcode, Cocoon....you know now!!
I never saw his name anywhere in print, but there was a persistent rumor spreading. Guess it would have been a surprise if it worked out ? OSG has been confirmed since day one, though.

Yeah, I just spoke with somebody at Piknic and they confirmed that Buttrich was scheduled but that he had to cancel for personal reasons. Still gonna be an awesome party for sure :-)

id take buttrich over rohr any day... that guy has his hands in so many places, works on so many projects...
rohr is great, really like him, but buttrich rocks, and i much prefer his style overall

Martin Buttrich = Loco Dice + Timo Maas + a bunch of others....
so he's pretty much the highlight.
agree, but timo maas is a step above those guys imo
all I have to say is timo maas - subtelite forthcoming on cocoon.
That being said martin produces that whole clicks music so he's gonna be a culmination of loco tim and a few others
