I'm contemplating whether I want a gym pass with my new school or not. Included in my tuition is access to the pool, tennis courts, tracks, and gymnasiums...I would have to pay extra for the fitness centre, which would be cheaper than my current alumni membership with my old school.

I'm just not sure which I'd be more likely to use. I think I'll wait a month and see where I end up spending more time.

each time i do hiit for cardio it's like i've done it for the first time , i get a good workout and it's FAST. in and out today in ~70min yeah me!

I actually used a treadmill today for the first time ever in this gym! I did 70 mins. 25 mins of fast walking then I did HIIT till I couldn't take it anymore. No weight training at all, just cardio. I didn't think I was going to last as long as I did, but ended up surprising myself.

Love my hiit. Although I think I need to cut back the other day I got asked an ex if I was anorexic now lol. And my mom was gone for 4 days she sees me and the first thing she tells me is I look too skinny

Well my body/size hasn't really changed since HS, aside from the weight I gained last Christmas. I've fluctuated between 115 and 120 pounds for over 10 years. So I dunno wtf my mom gets this shit from.

Thx, yea I'm seriously plateaued right now with my BF% I'm at 10% and happy with my lifting progress, but I can't seem to shed anymore fat. I've adjusted my diet both with keto, cyclic keto, and regular carb meals to no avail. There's one thing I do and I will not drop is drinking, lol. I never drink beer, only liquor and diet mixers. That I'm sure is what's causing it, but I think a nice change in cardio will knock me back into fat burner mode and shed these last few fat lbs. I know I said many pages back that I wouldn't run but it's time for the HIIT, hehe.
