Ok boys, here's the situation. In a couple of days time I won't have time to workout as much as before. Your mission, and you SHALL except it is to give me 2 workouts I can do, 1 day chest/back/shoulders the other day bicep/tricep. Remember I don't have time to do more than 2 different exercises a day.

What should I do? I have a weight bench in my garage, no fancy gym membership.

Ideas please.

hey floorfiller, those super lunges you reccomended absolutely killed me lol. i had to take a day off work cause i couldnt walk properly. but it was worth it!

anyways, you guys should know since ive been taking the NO2, and this other product by SAN, called fuel injection v-12 tricreatine malate i have been getting some serious pumps at the gym. by the time i finish my workout my body feels amazing. every muscle i work on swells up and stayes that way for a few hours. this creatine is great too... no carbs or sugar, plus you dont get the "bloated" feeling of retained water.

i just need to get a digital camera to post some updates, spring aint too far away, and i got some ways to go before i hit my workout goals.

ive started another routine, what do you guys think?

day1 chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms
day2 legs, stomache, neck
day3 off
day4 back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms
day5 legs, stomache, neck
day6 off
day7 chest etc...

i call it the get big quick, or die trying routine

do you guys like to do all of your sets for one exercise at a time...or do you maybe pair it with another exercise and go back and forth?

thats just it mate, with these supplements i take i get these crazy energy boosts while working out. when i got to the gym i spend a minimum of 2 hours anyway.

lol floorfiller, while i was doing them, these young guys came up to me and asked "hey man whats that exercize your doing?" i was sarcastic and said "aint you guys ever herd of super lunges, its the newest workout craze all the pros are doing , after a while i seen them all trying the super lunges.

this exercize is gonna catch on, i can see it...lol

i enjoy an occasional super set, its good to mix things up while at the gym, or when im in a rush i do a super set. i love getting the heart rate going and trying to do the exercizes, and switching exercizes fast enough so you keep the heart rate up whithout having to stop.

damn it...its my secret weapon hehehe. i do it at night in the middle of the street when no ones around hahaha

lol, fair enough. theres is this one back exercize thats amazing, and i never see anyone doing it. so ill let you in on it... set up the two oppsoing cables as high as they go and grab them so your left hand is holding the right cable, and vice versa. have both hands by your chest. and then open you arms, crossing the cables. when your arms are extended flex your back and hold for 2, rinse repeat.

this may be a rough description, cause i dont know the name of this exercize
