I couldn't agree more. I went to Cream in Montreal instead of Labour of Love that year. I still got to hear Sound of Goodbye, but to hear it as the closing track from ARMIN, then he gets down and starts dancing in the crowd, I'm struck with jealousy!

there's a line bypass list for both ticketholders and non-ticketholders

the email to request is found on the guestlist request form on the first post of this thread

Ask where the guestlist line up is .. then of course wait inline .. after there will be a lady asking what name you are undered, so you tell her you are undered John Tang's list .. state your name & how many people in total.
