lol at the update. We have yet another installment of Mel's World. You really have unusual work shifts, you know that.

Well, I went to the gym earlier today and I'm sore. All I wanna do is just go to sleep. I feel nauseous too and as a rule of thumb don't workout on a full stomach.

i work mon - fri 11-3

not unusual work shifts.. if i work other times its cuz i'm covering someone or like now.. i need to buy a plane ticket with my next paycheck so i'm working extra
