Completed the first 2 weeks of P90X. Never missed a workout, never cheated on my diet. I would love a beer and some pizza...
So far I have lost 13 lbs and almost 2% body fat. I'm feeling really good, bouncing around a lot muscles are becoming firmer. I decided to go for a run on the treadmill after I did yoga and I haven't ran for almost a year. I ran 2 miles without stopping, I think that says something for P90X.
I'm addicted! I like eating healthy and working out. I miss going out drinking and eating with people. But once I'm fit as a whistle I can go out once in a while and have some beer and pizza! Getting ready for my trip back to California in June!!!
Only gotta do that 2 weeks 5 more times... No problem!

I go to the gymn fuckin once. I just do sooo much fuckin steroids bro. I call it the fuckin pussy cycle. cause when I go on it, I get so much fuckin pussy. i fuckin eat the shit like trix. get it all ove rmy face ahhhh. so yeah, i usually start juicing around april 30th then i got about 4 weeks to blow the fuck up before memorial day weekend and i do so much fuckin steroids until labour day weekend. Then its off season. like you might see me noe and be like this guy dont look like he does steroids. thats cause its the off season, im saving up for my pussy cycle. I save that money that my grandma gives me for christmas plus some easter money and bday money i put that shit together and buy sooo much fuckin steroids..this is how i do.

I have decided to hit the gym again once I have fully recovered from Norovirus. I hate how weak my body feels.
I used to go to the gym 5-6 days a week between June and September and I loved how much healthier I felt, the fact I could run for more than 30 seconds without being out of breath was fantastic. The main aim was to loose as much weight as I could before my first vacation/holiday in about 10 years. In September I encouraged a load of my friends to sign up to a new gym with me, I only went about three times then stopped. Not because I didn't like the gym, but because I didn't have anything driving me (holiday) like before. I also started smoking about a pack a day and became more and more worried about going the gym with friends because i'd be coughing and spluttering constantly.
Last time I weighed myself was in November and I weighed 15 stone (210lbs)(At one point about 3 years back I weighed 20 stone ~ 280lbs)....I have not exercised since September and have not exactly eaten a healthy diet but my weight is now 13st 13lb (183 lbs). I think I have lost alot of weight from being ill the past week and a half and hardly eating at all.
I am looking to improve everything. Mainly cardio and looking to be more toned with nice arms. I would hate to have - as one person described earlier - Golfball Abs, i'd rather have flatter abs...eventually. I would love to work towards something like a 10K fun run or something like that by the end of the year, that would give me motivation.
My five day routine in the summer used to just be cardio-weights-cardio-weights-cardio...it worked pretty well for me and I was happy with it. But I feel I need something more structured.
I guess i'll read through this thread more and get some ideas...

I watched one of the transformation vids earlier, they said that P90X+ was a way to maintain a current level of build. And that if you want to continue building to just repeat the P90X program.

Working out in your basement is the way to go. No waiting for other people, no gay machines, no travelling and no forking out for monthly memberships.
