Yep, the convenience of it being right there is the main thing. The time itself that it took from my day just to get to and from the gym was always what I dreaded about going. And now that I have to travel so far for school, I don't have that time for the gym - which is why I haven't been since October.

I used to go the gym at my old school, so I paid alumni fees (which was super cheap), but obviously free is much better.

Oh yeah, I keep forgetting we have a pool, lol. Will def be hittin up laps in the mornings in the summer. FUCK YAH.

I over-exerted myself doing tricep lifts 3 days ago and I still can't bend my right arm all the way to my body. I've been trying to massage and stretch it but it still hurts.

if you're like...5'0 it is...

Posted by Silky Johnson on Feb-01-2010 23:22:

Karim must be short or something, cause my bf is a lean 165 - 170, and he's 5'10"ish.

Posted by Nrg2Nfinit on Feb-02-2010 03:25:

Nah

I'm 5'11.

I just recently gained about 8 lbs or so very quickly and it all went to my ass and belly. So its noticable. Im sure my bf percentage has gone from 6 to 10% lol

im used to my stomach inverted and not sticking out

no need to explain, we don't judge here.

Sorry but I think you're bs'ing about how much you weigh. Do you have body image issues? Did you used to be really fat or something? There's no way in hell you weigh only 152.

Posted by tubularbills on Feb-02-2010 11:24:

oh wow, yeah, you are a fatty dude. get the fuck on a treadmill!

Welp I'm on my fourth week of P90X and feeling great! It's recovery week but don't let the name fool you! Shit, I just did Core Synergistics, Oh My God. My face was a waterfall, a sweat waterfall.

My weight loss slowed down quite a bit but none the less is still dropping every day. As of right now I have lost 17 lbs. I can notice a bit more definition in my arms and shoulders and my belly a bit smaller. It's going to take forever to lose these love handles. I still had my love handles after boot camp 50 lbs later. Although I lost a lot of fat I wasn't strong at all. I could fun fast as hell but could only do 10 pull ups.

I'm like Chris Farley, Jack Black and Horatio Sanz, a very agile fat guy lol.

I actually made an awesome ham and cheese sandwich the other day. 175 calories 2g fat, 20g carbs and 19g protein. THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKIN BOUT!

Good stuff!

I buy a crap load of chicken, tuna, turkey and ham.

For snacks i eat celery w/ low fat peanut butter, sugar free jello, fat free cottage cheese, baby carrots, Oikos organic greek yogurt they're really expensive though $1.99 each.

For sandwiches I got Pepperidge Farm deli flats 7 grain 100 calorie thin rolls, they're awesome 1g of fat 19 carbs 5g dietary fiber and 6g protein!

it's just where i end up putting it lol

we have to do this "preventative health assessment" thing once a year for the AF; and in it i got weighed...i'm up to 147!!!!

this is the heaviest i've ever weighed in my life. now, granted, some of it is fat over the holidays; but i think most of it is muscle. last time i remember weighing myself was around aug/sep and i was at i think 131. i may have done it again since then, because i normally average around 135....but holy shit, i saw 147 and i was excited! haha, that sounds weird ; but makes me feel like i'm getting more results.

speaking of, time to hit the weights!
