I was talkin to stanley the other day..i mentioned u sens fans...he drew a blank didnt know who u were...

ok, now that i'm back I can post my thoughts on the game.

First of all, for all of you here that laughed in my face when I got excited that we signed Belfour as Cujo left town, I would like to say a big FUCK U to you all.
Belfour has been nothing but spectacular the last 2 years and was a huge part of Dallas's success. I was estactic that we signed him as people cried their beadie little eyes out that Cujo didn't want to play for the leafs (you can tell that I've never been a Cujo fan)
Belfour is without a doubt the MVP for the leafs this playoff as well as the season.


----The Leafs checking line played a PHENOMENAL series. Domi, Reichel, and Kilger were causing havok for Sens the whole series. It eats me up inside that floaters like Antropov gets to play so much and guys like Domi the heart and soul of the club gets so few minutes, although he has been getting more ice time lately..so kudos to Quinn for recognizing that.


------Has anyone seen Mogilny? Please let me know when his plane lands in Toronto so that he can suit up and play.


------Why is it always so fun to beat up on the Sens? I think I get so much satisfaction from that than anything else.


------I feel so horrible for Lalime, I thought he played a fantastic series but ran into some real bad luck in game 7. Maybe he was too nervous but he didn't have a chance in at least one of the goals.

A lot of guys on the Leafs are injured, just take a look at Nieuwendyk. He's inhuman, the amount of pain he's in with his back and basically had to carry the Leafs offence. I see your point about missing Sundin and Nolan, he needs more skilled players to play beside as well. Can't wait till Sundin and Nolan comes back, they will make a lot of players better. Right now we don't really have much of a scoring threat. Playing with guys like Roberts definately won't mix well with his style.

Joe stepped up even though his back is fucked, something i cant say for mogilny! mogilny needs two battlers to play with (sundin, roberts, tucker, nolan) he plays best with them. francis doesnt create open ice for him to work with, and Yes, he is injured too!

francis is too slow for mogilny..most players are too slow for mogilny sve for a few..thast the problem but its ok nolan be back in 2 weeks

I'm all for johanson coming back but I think we should keep Berg against the flyers though, we need some big bodies with the flyers. They are once again bigger than ever. Also maybe Belak would get to play.

haha... and just imagine how fast the series would've ended if Nolan was there from the beginning and Sundin didn't get injured.

i think leetchs game has been down lately

hes been giving away too mnay pucks in the leafs zone

hes still been creating good offense but his defense is down from wat i saw in the first few games that he played with the leafs
