This is an intense short lived form of tennis elbow.

Take some anti-inflammatory tablets from your chemist, and it will settle down in a few days.

Make sure that next time you train tricepts you use rope only, and go easy, this can take a few weeks of easy training to recover fully. And no heavy bench press either!

I think it's because you look too much like a musclehead. Throw a big coat on and don't frighten the young ladies. That is, unless you want to join the Marines (or better yet Ranger / Special Forces) and make a life out of being seriously dangerous.

Posted by smokeape on Aug-12-2004 02:19:

Posted by Orbax on Aug-13-2004 00:19:

update, i need a fucking card reader in my room, its bullshit not knowing what stuff looks like!!!

only one that turned out:

edit: im taking more, this is horrible shot.

edit edit: later, when I get the good camera. This one sucks ass.

edit edit edit:

Yeah, im pretty happy about that, you cant really see it in that pic, but the inner chest is like 2.5x the size it used to be. The triceps have really come a long way and im finnaly getting some abs , obliques and my lats are finally popping out. The pullups are coming along quickly. I talked to my body builder friend and he said his #1 fav back work out is pullups. a week ago I could do 10 then 6 then 4. Today I did 12,7,6,4,2. so happy and its really making a difference.

My serratus is actually bigger than it was in the original pic (the one on the right) i just wasnt flexing. I need to stop clenching my fists when I get my picture taken, i always do it and its retarded.

I dunno...im happy with the progress...whats my most obvious shortcoming here?

Posted by Orbax on Aug-13-2004 00:44:

ok, i now hate that picture. HATE IT. it will be my motivation for getting the camera and taking pictures tomorrow...

bah!

Posted by A.J. on Aug-13-2004 00:46:

Pretty nice symmetry, i would just say that you (still) need to work on your pecs more.

Posted by Floorfiller on Aug-13-2004 00:47:

atleast you don't have a fat stomach like i do orbax hehehe

Posted by Orbax on Aug-13-2004 00:58:

i have such weird pecs sometimes they look good

sometimes theyre nonexistent hehe. mostly they suck though, its hard makin the bastards grow

Posted by A.J. on Aug-13-2004 01:13:

You need one of those electric shocking machines where you put the patch on and it puts a little current through, causing your muscles to constantly vibrate and twitch.

Posted by ricky on Aug-13-2004 01:15:

damn, those are some fuckin nice triceps... good job. i think im gonna have to raise the intensity of my workout to get some results.

2x max w/ chins = warmup for heavy back workout session incl lat pulls hehe

Posted by Orbax on Aug-13-2004 06:35:

Been pretty happy with the abs lately, starting to peek out a bit finally

Manana Ill try to get some isolated muscle shots for more critiquing. Maybe you guys could answer some questions Ive had about some specific parts...

until then hehe
