Normally the buff body type doesn't do jack shit for me, but Ryan Reynolds is sex. I think it's the hairy stomach/chest. Hot. Oh and he's funny. He's got a certain Chevy Chase quality that I like.

Not necessarily. If you work at it, and stay committed to it, over time your body will start looking like that.

My boyfriend doesn't take any shit, BUT he works out pretty much everyday, and he is nice and muscley.
