vip is the only kind of ticket that allows guaranteed colliseum floor access, right? do you think it'll be a problem if one gets a general admission ticket and wants to float around b/t the stages?
I usually get the VIP not to get drunk, but to have a small patch of land that i can chill and not get bothered by the under 21s.
In MM it was nice cause VIP area was side of main stage. But Tao blew as it was back of main stage, zero vantage. Had to tip the security guard a 20 to access the side area lol.
BW had no VIP area around stage. (or maybe I just didn't look hard enough)
If EDC VIP area has no stage view, then u might as well get GA.
Dude I'm sorry the new additions minus Simon Patterson and Sean Tyas are a joke. I mean fridays line up so far, is that a joke? why the hell are you guys so down with electro and mainstream shit house. When will you guys start booking more talented artists. Most def this isn't worth the money at all I am sorry. I just wish more people who felt the same way would stop going to stuff like this. But dumb ass ravers will make this sell out regardless of who's on the line up cause they pop e and don't care who is there regardless. I could predict you'll be losing alot of business in the next few years if this keeps up

He is not Insomniac, he may have less to do or nothing to do with insurance issues, policy changes, laws, line handling etc
Henry will pass this stuff on i'm sure....
Insomniac is getting better on some things while making other HUGE mistakes....
One of my less fav party companies but they do some things very well too!!!

the rave scene in la is getting bigger and bigger every year.
they know they can dick the customers around and still pull in thousands.
this years edc will top last years, and next years will top this years...it's a viscous cycle.
all it takes is someone to throw a better party and they're slowly gunna be shut out.

If you're at the trance stage, you're not going to be able to make it down to the colliseum for AvB and Armin because it's going to be overpacked and entry will be restricted.
Fuck my life, I need to wait to see the timeslots, but I'm probably going to have to sit through craptastic benni boringassi to see AVB and A_B.

I'm kind of pissed I'm going to have to decide between the trance stage and A+B and AvB.
Friday's line up makes me want to puke too except for BT. Where's the freaking trance? Having a full separate stage on Saturday doesn't do much good when some of the headliners are in the colliseum :[ Anyone interested in buying a Friday only hard ticket?
Not happening. Raves get bigger and bigger. People go to EDC as their first rave, dragged along by their friends.

i just want to know whether i should get a VIP ticket, or a general admission. to sum it up, and correct me if im wrong, the VIP advantages are that u have a separate line, a section to hang out away from the kiddies, and guaranteed coliseum floor access.
so i can deal with a sort of long line (dont mind waiting 30-45 minutes in line). i can also deal with kiddies around, just as long as they arent immature punks to me or my friends. but i can't deal with not being able to go to the coliseum floor when i want to. but thats the thing...will being able to get to the coliseum floor be a real issue? idk, ive never been to EDC...sooo any thoughts?
