lol, well i see people using the word 'spanish' to describe cubans, puerto ricans and everything .. so the use of 'chonga' is really new to my vocabulary, if you mean spanish from spain, then yes, & that word isn't even used in spain, so i've never heard of it.

well there are so many spanish speaking countries, i'm not going to assume and say you look cuban or peruvian. i'm just going to say spanish. but no, i didn't mean from spain.

ah yeah, i just find it to be similar as when someone is peruvian or puerto rican & they say 'ah yeah mexican!' lol.. same thing with spanish imo.. so i just prefer people saying hispanic/latino.. my ethnicity? spanish lol. my moms family is spanish but she was born in mexico & my dads family are all from spain, as i was little growing up in germany, i spent most of my time with my grandparents & cousins in spain, i try to go every year, this year i saw and stayed with my childhood friend that i hadn't seen in like 7 years

sometimes i do wish i had more mexican features like my mom.. the dark dark hair, they just looks so exotic, i see lots of mexican girls here on the border & sometimes im like SHITT. very tan, dark hair, dark eyes, very curvy girls.. and sometimes i get confused as just american or they get surprised when they see me speak spanish.



that's my mom in the back, she's very exotic & pretty..& she's lost a lot of weight bc we were in spain at the time & eatting a lot lol.

oh, & if i find it funny to be compared to miami girls is bc i think they're SMOKING hot

I don't find Miami-Spanish pretty to be better than any other city's? I mean, I guess because they are tanner? Or fashionable? I don't know. The prettiest Spanish girl I know lives in Portland (her family is from Ecuador, so Ecuadorian?)

We use the word CHOLA here in Southern California. Pretty much the same meaning as Chonga.

AND

We were just having a talk about even something so simple as decorating the house - sometimes, LESS is more.

I had a 8 year old following me around this weekend and when I was doing my makeup she was like "wow you're fast auntie!" I go "Yes - because I barely wear any. Now. When you're at the age to wear makeup, always remember - LESS is more!"
