Fuckin right, I did the same thing.. DEFINENTLY needed the Tuesday off, and had another commitment the Friday following and needed that day off, had some vaca-pay building up so figured it would be pointless to go back to work for only two days... A little mini vacation before the summer!

Yeah, I am looking forward to just waking up and coming to the brilliant realization of knowing I have no where to be that day. And then making a decision to go back to bed for a few more hours. I'm planning on just rocking the couch and catching up on movies and such. Recover pretty much from DEMF weekend and get ready for the upcoming one, have a few parties and events to sort out and DJ and a few bdays that weekend.

Not possible for me I only start my job at the law office today, so I can't really book off DEMF week. And Tuesday is my first day of summer school in the States. ARG! Oh well, I'll still be there Saturday/Sunday (day and night)/Monday, so I'll soak up as much DEMF fun as I can

It's actually a Michigan Vietnam War Vetrans bar, and something to do with tribute to MIA solidiers MIAMI = (Missing In Action Michigan)

They do everything from raves, hardcored metal punk shows, country gigs... it's quite eclectic! And yeah, a sweet part of town too!

I want to go to Beretta and Old Miami, but I don't think I can do the festival Sunday, then Beretta, then Old Miami, then festival Monday.

So I think I have to choose between Beretta and Old Miami. I want to go to Old Miami because of the experience, but Beretta will have a lot of names I haven't seen before and will be all about deep Detroit music: a nice break from the minimal/tech house I'll be hearing all weekend.
