the reviews of Ricardo from last summers Piknik thing in Montreal were SOOOO bad... I've never heard such unanimous anger at a DJ set in my life lol

Ricardo has consistently impressed me. Mutek 2006 w/Richie and his set at Metropolis stand out, but there may have been other times I've heard him.

i know Ricardo can really disappoint if he gets too mangled, but if he is on, he is ON FRIKEN FIRE!!!! Last time i heard him was at Green and Blue festival last summer, and he delivered the best set I've heard all my life, perfect sexy, chugging techno! I'm sure he will destroy demf!

People who like him thought it was great and had an amazing time despite awful weather. I know I had an amazing time.

I hope they're not playing on the boat together, because then I might actually have to go. I thought the boat was a huge letdown last year, and I am very reluctant to go again. 2/3 of the floors were completely dead, and the other one was only half full! I don't think it was because of lack of demand either. I think they just capped the capacity at a very low number of people.
