i saw that mentioned before about Story... is that really confirmed anywhere legit? I can't find a true confirmation he's there. Song Kick lists the gig but i think its bad info and Song Kick isn't reliable anyway.


** edit ** now the Song Kick and Stubhub pages that said Story have been changed to Space... i think its bad info and he will not be there at least based on info on the internet if you were using that as a source.

It's really not that bad, but it depends on what you have dealt with venue wise. I never get dressed up, just a button up, grey jeans and my Globe yacht shoes. It's a great venue, just that the dance floor is quite small. Girls usually can wear whatever the hell they want. This is also WMC where the dress code is a little more lax. I've never had any problems getting in, by looking at your photo if you wear something similar you'll be good.

Perfect. Thanks! Figured it would be more relaxed given the week, but never want to assume. Esp for the Girls...too many shoe choices.

I can deal with a small venue...just hate it when db's simply stand in the middle of an already small floor when I'm trying to dance.

The level of douchebaggery is pretty high but its WMC week so the ratio of DB's to non-DB's should be good. I once had this group of assholes claim that I touched this girls ass when they did it. Most people that will be there will be there to have a good time so it should be better.

Glad I could help. I asked all these same questions a few years ago when I moved here. I've been to most venues minus LIV, because I hate what the place stands for.

btw, i just noticed that the flyer for Sasha's Never Say Never party (on the wantickets page) says the hours are 1-10pm... i suspect that's prob more likely than ending at 2am.... and makes it more helpful to those of us going wanting to go elsehwhere the same night.

For sure? I'm down for space Friday then! Bought tic for the clr pool party too but may sell them. Still don't know what I'm doing Thursday, praying for Anjunabeats. trance is really sparse mid week there except the boat parties regardless whether ferry is or isn't trance I've seen him twice in 2 months and don't want to go to space 2 night in a row so hope there's something else

The party called Diesel Therapy Party on wantickets has Max Graham but that's it. Think it's on Wed or Tues if memory serves me right.

EDIT: About the question you asked about the Terrace ticket and access to main room. I asked and these guys are pretty close with the owners of Space. Read HERE!

any word what party is at Story on Friday night? I have a feeling I will end up at space but last year was so packed that I am trying to avoid it. Its such a tough decision because that line up is ridiculous and something spectacular would have to be announced to beat space. Right now I am considering Space or Villa221. Its probably gonna depend on whether we go to the never say never pool party on saturday. If so, Space is not gonna be an option as my group is starting to get old and can't do marathons as easily as before.

Edit: and where the hell is Sci+tec?!?!?!

I wonder if they will actually tell us who is playing the day and who is playing the evening. I am coming off of a Sasha boat cruise and it would be good to know if the later party will have the DJ I want to see.

Some of his solo sets are about 7-8 hours. I consider his 10+ hour ones his marathon ones lol. NYE was mental, 13 straight hours.

Got home from a stressful day of writing papers and class and I must say I'm freaking giddy about the CLR party at Space that Friday. I know I already said it's gonna be awesome earlier today but I must reiterate. The Friday night at Space is going to be one of the greatest WMC parties in recent memory. And to think Rissinite thought I was crazy for saying it was going to be the best of the week (yeah I know, before CLR was booked, but still, lol). My body and brain are going to absolutely hate me the next day but I'm staying as late as possible. Super fucking stoked for Friday March 22!
